Great stay in Nashville, comfortably sleeps 8 with plenty of space for hanging out and relaxing. Shuttle service recommended by the owners was a great experience.

Overall, the property was great for our larger group, and the location was perfect for our stay. Communication with Loni was very smooth, and check-in was easy and straightforward.The property could have been a bit cleaner, as there were some stains on the carpet and furniture. We also noticed that the air in the house was surprisingly dry, with several people in our group experiencing sore or dry throats each morning. Upon looking into it, we noticed that the return air vent at the top of the stairs was heavily covered in dust, which may have contributed.Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the space, location, and easy communication. With a little more attention to cleanliness and the air quality, this would have been an excellent stay.

Thanks so much for staying with us, Josh! About the air quality, Nashville is in a geographical bowl, so seasonal allergies can be tough here. Many of us locals are dealing with hay fever, sore throats, and other allergy symptoms as the season changes and the allergy count is high.

Parking was excellent, my group had four cars and no issues with it. The host was easily accessible via cell for any issues we encountered. Overall, the property was perfect for our stay.

Your beautiful home was so comfortable, clean, easy to access I made our stay in Nashville easy. I especially appreciate the flexibility of being able to leave our car, parked and back for a couple of extra hours while we went to breakfast. 🩷

Location was good and not a long or expensive uber ride. Parking was great and easy, right out the back door.Kitchen had everything you needed and more! Beds were comfy and overall house was great.

Loved our stay!

All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate; we had a wonderful visit. Great proximity to all the fun and the neighborhood was nice and quiet!

The house was great exactly what we needed. Location is good and the neighborhood is safe. We walked to Printers alley and we walked to Broadway. Got a little exercise, but it was a safe and interesting walk, good sight seeing. The house is clean with large bedrooms, and the beds are comfortable.
