1 mile from Lower Broadway, this stunning newly renovated home will be perfect for your home base doing your stay in Nashville! A King and 2 queen Beds each with their own private rooms as well a full memory foam sleeper sofa, memory foam foldaway queen bed and comfy daybed with 2 single beds allow for plenty of space and comfort to get a good night's rest after hitting the Honky Tonks. Large Kitchen with huge expandable dining table. 3 sofas in living room for ample space. You will have the home all to yourself along with plenty of parking on the street as well as behind the house. A keypad with your own unique code allows for convenient access without worries of losing the key! I will be available 24/7 through email, text or phone call. As a rule I will not be there in person at check in/check out but will be more than happy to meet you in person by request at check-in if you would like a crash course introduction to the area and goings on.

I have been staying at rentals for 5 years and this was the best experience so far. Eric was so accommodating and helpful from stocking the place with coffee and more to suggesting places to go. The location was ideal for our group and the house itself is beautiful. The workmanship and love that went into renovating this place shows (I know Eric did much of it himself) Highly recommend to all.

Beautiful Place to Stay

The house was clean, well maintained and did not disappoint! Eric was an excellent host and communication was great. Close to Broadway. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Eric was an amazing host! The house was great for our group of 6! Communication was very easy, and he has a lot of great suggestions for music and restaurants. We had plenty of coffee pods, water, snacks, and even local beer and wine. Plenty of towels and sheets. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will book this house again when we come back to Nashville.

Our Go-to Place to Stay in Nashville

Eric's place is beautiful, comfortable, and he provides several nice surprises at check-in for guests. One of the most well-stocked properties we've ever stayed in. Walkable to Capitol View area, Antique Archeology/Marathon Plaza, and Broadway. We've stayed here before and will stay here again!

Great Spot just North of Downtown Nashville

The place was clean and tidy. Location was great. We were able to walk to take a quick uber to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was easy to communicate with and super helpful. Would certainty recommend.

Bachelorette Weekend

We had a 9 Girl Bachelorette weekend at this property, and it could not have been any better! The house was perfect, Clean, roomy, and the host was an absolute delight to work with, had everything covered as far as anything we could need. Top Notch!!

Hope Garden Gem

My group of 4 (female and over 60) friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The beds were comfy. It was a great base for our explorations of Nashville. Walking to the Farmer's Market and downtown Nashville was no problem. Our host was fabulous.

Friends Getaway

Eric was absolutely wonderful. He provided so many extras. The group was so impressed. The house was absolutely perfect as was the location. We walked to a lot of places. I would definitely recommend this place!

Finally found the best!

We came to Nashville to celebrate a birthday with family and friends. The house was perfect accommodations for the for couples raging in age from 50s to early 20s. Beautifully appointed with every need thought of and spotlessly clean. The best part about this property is the owner, who is communicative and kind. There were snacks and drinks for us, and he was quick to respond to any messages. Close to Broadway and easy to find. It’s always nerve wracking booking online and not knowing h exactly what you’ll get, but this is the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in!

Ladies getaway

We had a blast touring the city, visiting the honky tonks and various museums and parks and of course the Grand Ole Opry. Eric is a very generous homeowner who let us use his home and left us with snacks and local beverages. The Home is absolutely gorgeous. Location is a little outside the city so we used Ubers to go into town. Located near farmer’s market and one of the stops of the hop on hop off bus. Short Uber ride to Grand Ole Opry and shopping centers and Opryland. Will definitely look for the availability of this home in the future and will recommend to others.

I staid in this property for a long weekend while attending a conference in Downtown Nashville at the Music City Center. It was the perfect place for myself and my three co-workers. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. It had three full bathrooms, so we had no problem getting ready in the morning without battling to get into the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and a nice place to sit and do work when we were at the house. The living room was a perfect set up for us to sit around in the evening and catch up after running around at the conference all day. For the most part, we walked to the Music City Center which is about 1.5 miles away. The MCC is right next to lower Broadway and the Bridgestone Center, and the walk felt safe. Our host Eric was easily accessible via text and checked in a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. We all agreed that we would definitely stay at this property again if we came back to Nashville.

Property was fantastic. Its proximity to downtown strip was very close only a quick Uber ride. Eric was super helpful with tips and recommendations of things to do or not do while in town and his responsiveness was extremely fast. When we come back to Nashville next time, we’ll definitely look to book this place again. Thanks, Eric!
