1 mile from Lower Broadway, this stunning newly renovated home will be perfect for your home base doing your stay in Nashville! A King and 2 queen Beds each with their own private rooms as well a full memory foam sleeper sofa, memory foam foldaway queen bed and comfy daybed with 2 single beds allow for plenty of space and comfort to get a good night's rest after hitting the Honky Tonks. Large Kitchen with huge expandable dining table. 3 sofas in living room for ample space. You will have the home all to yourself along with plenty of parking on the street as well as behind the house. A keypad with your own unique code allows for convenient access without worries of losing the key! I will be available 24/7 through email, text or phone call. As a rule I will not be there in person at check in/check out but will be more than happy to meet you in person by request at check-in if you would like a crash course introduction to the area and goings on.

Wonderful home!

I’ve stayed in quite a few places in Nashville, and the location and quietness of this home was awesome. Eric did a wonderful job of showing hospitality and going above and beyond. Definitely would recommend this beautiful house for a group trip to Nashville!

Beautiful Place to Stay

The house was clean, well maintained and did not disappoint! Eric was an excellent host and communication was great. Close to Broadway. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Best VRBO to date!

Eric is probably the best host ever! This beautiful home was everything we needed and more! It was so amazing to walk into such a great home with all the amenities we needed. Eric’s communication went over and beyond expectations. Would I come back just because of this place… heck ya! We had a fabulous trip. Highly recommend. If we could give a 10 star, we would!

Short but nice stay

The property was very clean and well taken care of. The location is close enough to Broadway for a short uber ride. Property owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns

House was perfect

Perfect for what we were looking for…

Great location, house was super clean and a perfect layout for 3 couples. Beds were comfortable as was the other furniture in the house. Eric was so nice to leave us a bottle of wine, coffee, cream and bottled water. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nashville.

Great Place

This place was great. It is clean, fully stocked, convenient to Broadway and other spots and has comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms! The communication by the owner, Eric, was top notch. Highly recommended.

Great Stay!

Very communicative host, house was in great shape, and Eric gave us lots of great suggestions. The area seems up and coming, but close to everything, could easily walk in nice weather, or quick Ubers. We had plenty of room for 8 adults! The wine he left for our group happened to be my favorite :)

Wonderful Home

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the dining area was perfect for breakfast in the morning or hanging out at night. Eric was very helpful and accommodating. It is a 40 minute walk to Broadway or a short cab/uber ride. I'd def stay again!

Perfect house for large family

We highly recommend this house! The house is located in a safe neighborhood and walkable to coffee shops, Farmers Market, a crepe shop, walgreen's, etc. The house is spacious which is perfect when you are trying to find some peace in quite from your dysfunctional family's wedding drama! Speaking of that, the host, Eric, had the perfect welcoming touch when he left cold local beer in the fridge. When the bickering mom and son car showed up, I immediately reached for a cold one (or 2) and the complaints got quieter :). Eric was also thoughtful by leaving snacks and he's a great at communicating and making sure things went well. The house has numerous board games that looked fun but my teenage kids were too busy playing the PS4 sport games that were at the house. There was a 2am MIchael Jordan vs Clyde Drexler historic rematch with the cool uncle and my 15 year old. The beds were comfortable. The decor was cute. There's even a venus fly trap! My kids recorded it snapping shut on a fly (they provided) which will serve as educational material to excuse them from missing school while gone, lol. Overall, a short, but great stay. I wish we had planned a longer stay

Girls trip

Wonderful place! Clean, quiet neighborhood and comfortable. Uber to everywhere you’d want to go was reasonable $. Everything we needed and more was in this house. Would definitely recommend staying here. Host a as very responsive.

Short and sweet

Great 3 day trip to enjoy some good music with family. The house fit us perfectly for a family of 6 but certainly could accommodate a couple more if needed. The house was clean and the Host Eric was great to communicate with for anything we needed including recommendations for places to go to in the immediate area. The house is far enough away from the craziness of broadway but walkable to some things but also just a short ride to everything else. The snacks and water were so helpful after our flight so than you Eric!

Outstanding Property We'll be back!!!!!

Beautiful home in a great location. Very close to a number of attractions that were within walking distance. The UBER system is fantastic and we never had an issue getting transportation to or from the house. Eric is an amazing host that communicated with us promptly both before and during our stay. He didn't even change the access codes after our Packers defeated his Titans!!!!! Highly Recommend!! Looking forward to our next visit

Perfect Location w. Great Space

Eric was an excellent host. Had waters and snacks out for us upon arrival. Great communicator throughout the entire trip. Very transparent and helpful in providing local tips and tricks. House was clean, spacious and perfect for our group.

Great house, very close to downtown

Listing and photos don’t do the house justice. It is clear it is a labor of love for the host. This is a well-cared for home that was exactly what we were hoping for and more! Would stay here again!

Amazing Experience

Where do I even begin? My friends and I had a great time in Nashville and stayed in the most amazing VRBO. Eric was our host and checked in multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. The place was incredible and may have been the best rental experience for us all. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Place!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at when using VRBO. Eric the owner could not have been a better host! Everything described at the house was as described and even better. Eric provided many extras, and the home was super clean which is very important to me. The home is in an industrial neighborhood, but it is a safe area and definitely an up and coming area. Thank you so much Eric! I will be recommending it to others.

Great Spot just North of Downtown Nashville

The place was clean and tidy. Location was great. We were able to walk to take a quick uber to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was easy to communicate with and super helpful. Would certainty recommend.

Hope Garden Gem

My group of 4 (female and over 60) friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The beds were comfy. It was a great base for our explorations of Nashville. Walking to the Farmer's Market and downtown Nashville was no problem. Our host was fabulous.

Mothers/Daughers weekend

We loved Eric’s house. His communication was great and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The house was spotless! All the extra special touches were wonderful- from fresh flowers to local beers and candy. Thank you for making our Nashville weekend great!
