Host very accommodating. The house was perfect for us and the fenced in back yard was great for our two little poms. Location was good using Uber to get to the places we enjoyed. We will rent again as we enjoy Nashville.

Ron met with us when we arrived. gave us tour of house. Ask us if we needed any recommendations of restaurants,entertainment, or events currently going on. we felt it was close to everything we wanted to see. Couple blocks up the road looked a little sketchy, but Ron's neighbor hood was calm and quiet. we come down to Nashville once or twice a year. Will try to stay here again. Thanks Ron

We did not stay here. It wasn't what we expected and the surrounding area didn't feel safe, too close to liquor store with lots of traffic. The home had no tvs up stairs and only one downstairs. Was an older home. The owner is the cleaner, so its not even professional cleaned. I will not stay here ever.

It is important to clarify that you contacted me 90 minutes before your scheduled check-in to state that you would not be staying because you saw a neighbor sitting on his porch several houses away.This neighbor is a senior citizen of clor and it is disappointing that his presence was the basis for your decision not to stay. While you mentioned the home did not meet your expectations , the other members of your party noted that the house was beautiful. Regarding your comments on cleaning , I take great pride in personally ensuring the home is prepared to a high standard for every guest. It is shameful that your experience was dictated by prejudice toward the local community rather than the quality of the accommodation itself. Best regards, Ron

Enjoyed our stay. Loved relaxing on the back deck. Quiet neighborhood, but still not far from downtown attractions. Host was very friendly and accomodating. Provided excellent communications House was stocked with everything we needed.

Location was near trolley stops and convenient to walk to. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen looked stocked enough if we had planned to make meals there. Residence was clean.

This property is a good value in a fine location for a long Nashville weekend. House is quiet, slept 7 adults comfortably in good beds, with extra linens, toiletries, a fully appointed kitchen, and a nice room for gathering. Thank you Ron!

The property was occupied by the host when not being rented out. There were a few things that seemed fairly tacky to be present when staying. Like the family portraits in the master bedroom , the additional items of toiletries and personal belongs still in the bathrooms and closets. And there was a broken towel rack in the main bathroom. Therefore, no where to hang the towels in the bathroom. Additional, the back patio and front patio were not very clean as it showed in the photos. The overall stay was okay, we were informed by the Uber driver that this location was kinda a bad area. However, the host Ron did recommend a great place nearby to go eat. Thank you for the stay and information.

I apologize you didnt find the decor agreeable and that there was a couple leaves and a bit of dust on the outdoor furniture. I also apologize for providing you and your Party with complimentary toiletries. My bad. I am happy that you found the interior of the house exceptionally clean. Good Stay at a Cute Place

We had a good stay and I recommend this place. My only complaint is that I think there were dirty towels and the place could have used a bit more tidying before we arrived.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for our group! Uber ride to downtown was 5 to 10 minutes, which was perfect for us! Ron was available with any questions. If you need a house for a large group this is it!

Blenders , juicer , mixer, crock pots , toaster oven , 200 watt stereo with sub-woofer , bluetooth , accent lighting , umbrellas , guest book to share your experience , tourist information , outside living areas. Inside of Downtown Nashville. Liquor store 1 minute walk away. The list is extensive and goes on and on.
