Great location - esp for running in suburbs and past various fun spots.Air conditioning is in each room which can be a little loud and blow on you - just have to work it out

Everything as advertised. Spacious rooms. Kitchen has some limited counter space, but workable once we were situated. The location was great for what we wanted. Easy access to multiple coffee shops and breweries. Our group talked about immediately booking this place again next year!

Place was amazing and the location was perfect. My only concern was I’m not convinced the place had A/C. Thermostats only had Heat or Off on them. Could be an oversight on my part but with actual A/C this was a PERFECT spot.

This was the perfect apartment, it was clean and spacious. Not to mention a central location, both walking distance to old port and bayside (the two hip areas). I’d highly recommend this place, it was also really comfortable. The owner was very responsive.

What a lovely trip to Portland! The apartment is located close to (but about a 10 minute walk from) the downtown area, and right around from Washington Avenue’s many great restaurants. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light, and has good air conditioning and fans to keep the place cool in the summer. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, and the in-unit washer-dryer was great for our family with smaller kids. The showers had good water pressure and the bathtub was helpful for cleaning the kiddos after the beach. The off-street parking was also great because parking in the area can be tricky. Overall, a very nice visit. Thanks!

Great location, plenty of space

We had a great stay here. Very convenient location and lots of space. Having 2 bathrooms and simple off street parking was definitely a plus. This place had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! Quick stroll to many restaurants, bars and shops. Quirky, fun and undiscovered neighborhood. Host was very helpful and flexible. Great communication and very easy check in/out instructions. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. AC units in each bedroom kept nighttime sleeping comfortable with added bonus of white noise to offset any street noise.The owner could considering spending a small amount of money to fix several broken window shades and touch up some paint and it would make a big difference but that's just a suggestion, not a complaint. We would stay there again!PS - There's a friendly little pug, Buddha, who lives next door and he clearly considers himself the official greeter for the street. He's quite charming and he was a fun bonus.

Perfect Location and Friendly Host!

We were a group of 4 friends staying at the property. It was the perfect size for all of us to stay comfortably and the location is absolute PERFECTION! Walkable to just about anything in the downtown area! Thank you for a lovely place to stay!

Definitely Needs some up dating/painting inside and out (also needs new shades). Enjoyed the location and best part of this Vrbo was the parking for a vehicle… huge. Didn’t like the plastic on the mattresses and hearing the voices and footsteps of the second floor level. It was nice to have two bathrooms in this unit this was another win for our group.

We really enjoyed our stay. Gerald answered questions quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Portland.

Perfect location

Wonderful unit to stay in and close to everything! The place was spacious and gave us lots of options to divvy up the sleeping arrangements. Lots of TVS set up as well! Parking was a huge plus. We did hear some tenants walking around and talking above us toward the end of our stay but it was only occasional. Would highly recommend this for your stay.

Prime location

Very affordable and prime location in Portland. We walked or cheap Ubers everywhere. Property was very clean for our 6 person group. Beds were small for two people but manageable for short trip. Highly recommend!

Hickey Wedding

Nice location, clean property, walkable to downtown, trim touch-up painting needed, main showerhead in master bath didn't work. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks Michael! Sorry about the shower head. I used the hand held shower sprayer to clean the shower and forgot to switch spray back to the primary head. Trim touch-up painting is planned for next break between bookings.

Portland Stay

This property was nice and clean. There was lots of things in the kitchen we could use- coffee stocked and toiletries…. ect. The washer and dryer were wonderful to use as well. We met the owner outside of the unit and she was lovely to chat with. Very nice hosts. We were able to walk downtown which was nice too- it was a decent walk but not incredibly too far for us.

Better than the pictures!

We loved our stay! Great location, great property! They had anything you’d need for a short stay, even travel size soaps etc. we only had two small issues. 1. A group of young boys stayed above us and they were very loud. They were up until 2am/later making a lot of noise and kept a lot of the group up. 2. The floors were very dirty. The rest of the apartment seemed cleaned but the floors would turn your socks black. I even used their swiffer on them to try and make it better. I think both of these issues are easily solved. We truly had a great stay and would book again.

The only problem with the apartment was that the people in the upstairs apartment made a lot of noise from 1:00 to 2:00 AM one morning. Everything else was great
