Excellent location and charming vintage building! The only quirk was an issue with some of the electrical circuits while we were there, so we could not use one of the bedrooms.

Great location and perfect space for three couples and two kids. The space had everything we needed. Host was very responsive when questions came up.

The apt is convenient to many restaurants nearby and a short drive to activities and shops in the harbor. Having on site parking was very good. The host responded quickly when messaged with our questions.

This was a perfect location for our group and was close enough to town but not loud or rowdy. Check in and out were straightforward, and the host was responsive. There were no issues with our stay, and many basics/necessities were provided.

Very nice property to stay in Maine. I was there with my two daughters and we had plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Big plus is it's right near Tandem Coffee roasters which had a line every day, so you know it's good!, and I had the breakfast sandwich which truly is amazing. Nice to have dedicated parking spots and owner was easy to communicate with throughout the process. One small thing for people to know is the AC is not central AC it's independent units that have a hose out the window- can be a bit noisy if you are sensitive to sound. But a great stay and a very nice host- thank you our family loved Portland!

Great location

Had a lovely stay and it worked beautifully for a wedding we were attending in Portland - close to shops, restaurants and sites. Excellent parking and it was well appointed!

Nice spot for Portland Stay

A convenient location , a close by parking spot, local popular breakfast spot across the street, nice bedrooms for our family but kitchen is small though. Recommend Portland tour by antique fire truck.

Fabulous 3BR / 2 bath apartment in an excellent location of town … Tons of great restaurants, coffee shops and cool stores nearby within walking distance - Bramhall Pub (speakeasy vibe) next door and Tandem Bakery across the street were highlights! Kingsley was easy to communicate with and very proactive with any questions we had - he also gave us some good tips and recommendations about places to visit in Portland. This is the place to stay!

Family Trip to Portland and Acadia

Location worked well for us - quick walk to coffee/donuts. Also walkable to the Old Port area with shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend Fort Williams and Cape Elizabeth if you’re not familiar with the area. Kingsley was responsive in getting us check in info and the place was clean!

Great space, great location

The space is clean, large, and comfortable. Multiple parking spaces were a huge plus for my family. It has a great location -- we walked everywhere in town with ease. The host is responsive and gracious. A good stay.

Great place in a great location

this was in the perfect location, close to downtown and the waterfront. Very nice three bedroom, two bathroom place. As mentioned before, while it is close to a fire station and next to a speakeasy, we didn't notice alot of noise at night. I would stay here again for our next Portland visit.
