Newly renovated 3bd apt with historic charm and all the amenities to explore Portland's Restaurants, Arts, Coastline, Parks, and More! Located in the Oakdale Neighborhood the unit features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 trendy bathrooms, beautiful eat in kitchen, cute office space, living room, off street parking and a large fenced in backyard with a fire pit.

Walking distance to local attractions and 5-10 min to the Old Port and Waterfront district. Come stay and enjoy all that Portland has to offer!

The space
2 Floor Apt located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. 2nd floor features high ceilings throughout, a newly renovated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), full living room and bathroom. 3rd floor is a large master suite with dedicated office space, queen size bed, full bathroom, and TV.

Portland stay

Stayed with family during my father’s surgery at Maine Medical Center. The apartment location was very convenient, allowing us to walk back and forth for hospital visits without needing to drive. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy check in and excellent communication with owner.

Cute spot just outside the city

Loved this spot just outside the city. Very clean and comfortable and super cute! We did drive and uber into town, but would have walked if it wasn’t snowing! Would definitely come back!

Great trip!

The portland getaway was cutely decorated in modern decor, clean and close to all the tourist attractions. The playground was great for kids. Would stay again!

Portland Getaway

We have never stayed in downtown Portland and we enjoyed being that close to town. This property has a lot of stairs, but it’s worth it to get up there in that pretty place. It was convenient to have parking on the property. We would recommend it for sure.

Spacious, light and bright apartment

Met up with several high school friends who flew into Portland. Lauren’s place is spacious for three couples to use as a home base in Portland. Very well stocked kitchen and very comfy beds! If we had questions or concerns Lauren responded promptly…

A beautifully appointed space close to everything.

My family and I recently stayed at a property that surpassed all expectations. The home was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. The loft space was a delightful highlight, providing a special area for my teen kids to enjoy their own space, which they loved. The kitchen has been wonderfully remodeled, equipped with everything we needed, including matching glass sets and elegant flatware and silverware. The air conditioning was efficient, making our stay comfortable despite the summer heat. Initially, we were concerned about the proximity to the overpass, but it turned out to be a non-issue. Thanks to the home's older construction with quality windows, it was very well noise-insulated, and we were never disturbed by traffic noise while inside property. The street itself was peaceful, making our stay feel like a perfect little retreat just a stone’s throw away from the hotspots in downtown Portland—only an eight-minute drive away, with a Hannafords supermarket even closer, just four minutes by car. Overall, this property offered a tranquil and convenient base for exploring Portland, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

THE place to stay in Portland.

We flew in to Portland Christmas day to be with our 8 month old grandson on his first Christmas. The house was perfect. My wife and I took the upstairs suite and my son and daughter in law used one of the bedrooms downstairs. The third downstairs bedroom was a napping room for my grandson, his mom, and my son in law. The kitchen is AMAZING. Hannaford supermarket is five minutes away and we were able to buy groceries for the week and ate at least two meals a day at the house. On the day I didn't want to cook breakfast I bought donuts from Holy Donuts located just around the corner. We were able to park our car in the drive and there was plenty of on street parking for our kids and in-laws. Old Port is a quick drive from the house and we spent a couple of days being tourists and taking part of the local food, wine, and dining scene. This house would be great for couples or a family of six, seven if you have an infant. The host provides a Pack and Play. I dealt with Lauren from the time of our booking and leading right up to our trip. I had millions of questions and she was always quick with a response. Definitely a FIVE STAR host. We did not use the fire pit or swing set because of the weather but they were both in great condition. I would recommend this VRBO who want to take in Portland for both the accommodations and the convenient location to Old Port.

Cute place, not best for our family

This was our first time in Portland and I read the reviews and was pleased with what I read but I’d like to provide some feedback based on our stay. The property is very convenient to the Old Port area and super close to the airport so that was a plus. However, it was also very close to the interstate and we heard traffic pretty much all the time. Thankfully we brought our little ones sound machine. We are accustomed to more space for our family to spread out. No dining area to sit as a family except around a smaller island in the kitchen so for the four of us, it didn’t work. One of the showers did not have any hot water so we had to use upstairs shower. Also with kids sometimes you may want to utilize a bathtub and there was not one. Overall it was not the best for our family but we made it work. The property manager was always responsive. My 7 year old loved the board games provided. The upstairs loft room was very spacious but downstairs was a little tight especially with a two year old and corners. Give it a 3/5!

Anniversary trip with Family

Enjoyed time with family in Portland. Fun area to explore hiking, beach day, the beautiful Headlight Lighthouse. Of course so many great restaurants to choose from. Definitely would visit again and recommend this property very comfortable and decorated adorably.

Amazing Getaway

What a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The place was so well thought out and designed, if I reached for something like I would at home it was there. We look forward to visiting in the future :)

Beautiful modern apartment

We had a great stay. Well appointed & as pictured. Quick drive to Thompson Point for the Children’s Museum & Rink. Short drive into Old Port. Very comfortable for 2 couples & a toddler. Host was very responsive.
