Great location. Close to I75, plenty of shopping, for any needs from food to clothes. Plenty of eating establishments near by. Less than a 10 min drive to Shands. Very close to UF. Had all your basic kitchen needs. Even supplies to make coffee. Only odd thing to me was no wash clothes but we were able to bring our own.Was able to book same day and the complex and VRBO is pet friendly.

It’s a nice little place to stay the community pool just a little wild in the afternoon with people and kids who live there. The parking was a pain asked host if there would be enough space to park the truck and trailer we had to disconnect the trailer and push it into the space this isn’t how we thought it would be the host said there was plenty of space to park the vehicle didn’t realize it was like a apartment complex. Other then that it would be nice to have towels to take to the pool and maybe a grill on the back patio. The back patio could use a little yard work. But it was a nice little place to stay

This was a fine option that was in a good part of town. The beds were comfortable, and communication with the host was good. The place was not very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen was very minimal. There wasn't even a baking sheet or anything to use in the oven or a spatula. The sheets were very, very thin, and the pillows clearly hadn't been changed in some time. The house had a bit of a stale odor and we could also smell prior guests in the bedding. It worked ok for us, because we weren't at the house hardly at all and weren't cooking there, but I would definitely say we were disappointed.

We’re disappointed by this review, as the reservation was made for 2 guests, yet more people arrived than were booked, and the home was left in poor condition. Cleanliness concerns should be noted upon arrival, not after guests have used the property and left it in a mess. Several of the issues mentioned were not with the home itself, but with items and conditions created during the stay, including damage to the trash area and garbage disposal. Our kitchen is stocked with the amenities listed in the description, and we expect guests to review the listing details and respect house rules before leaving feedback.

We stayed at this property on two consecutive football weekends. The location is excellent for attending a UF game, which was the primary reason we booked it and ultimately returned for our second reservation.Unfortunately, the condition of the property during our first stay was significantly different from what we expected based on the listing photos. When we arrived, there was a strong musty odor inside, considerable accumulated dirt and grime on baseboards, doors and trim, and the outdoor patio was badly neglected. Weeds were growing extensively through the pavers, there was organic growth and debris around the patio area, and the overall impression was that routine cleaning and maintenance had been neglected. There was also visible deterioration around the main entry-door frame and locking hardware. I documented these conditions with photographs and reported them to Vrbo during our stay.To the owner’s credit, when we returned the following weekend there had clearly been an effort to address some of our concerns. The property smelled clean, the interior had been cleaned more thoroughly, the patio weeds had been removed, and the pavers had been pressure washed. We appreciated those improvements.However, the property still feels quite tired and in need of more comprehensive maintenance and updating. The upstairs shower, for example, still had significant dark/mold-like staining around the shower/caulk area.The location is genuinely terrific, for a gator game.

I am a little late with my review because of a super busy weekend packing to move but we had an amazing time here. I had a last minute emergency that required my family to stay in Gainesville. We were facing an uncertain Christmas, but thanks to Yenni we had the best Christmas my fiance (or I) have ever had. The location is amazing too, even if you don't have a car, because there's so much shopping in a walkable distance (20 minutes or less). It was spacious, clean and quiet and I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone in need of a stay!
