Come and enjoy to this magestic house surrounded by big old trees, a mix of country and town, its either for work or pleasure this is your place, with Florida sun room where you can relax or just sit on the back yard next to the pool where you can relax and enjoy and do barbecue or fire up some s’mores on the fireplace. Close to the most beautiful and famous springs on Florida like Ginnie springs only 20 minutes away, Ichetucknee springs state park. Or if you want to go to UF Gainsville it’s only 20 minutes drive, or want to enjoy gator games 20 minutes away as well. Go Gators

Stayed here for family wedding. Plenty of space for everyone. Backyard and deck were super cozy. We loved the fenced yard for our small dog and the nice quiet morning walks Amenities were great. We enjoyed our stay.

From the very beginning, the property manager was very quick to respond to any of my questions. There were 9 of us staying on this trip and the house was very roomy and very clean. The pool was a great addition. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Property was exactly as pictured. We were surprised that there was only 1 tv in living room, and the ac unit in master bedroom was none functioning but that was basically the only gripe we had. Kitchen is stocked with your basic dishes and pans, some basic spices, etc. We bought some firewood for the little pit in the back for smores. Home is close to Ginnie Springs, which is why we booked! Loved the backyard area with grill and pool for when we got back to house to cookout. Owner communicated well with us and allowed us to check in earlier too which helped after a long drive! I would recommend this home as it was 2 minutes from publix, 8 mins from winn dixie and other shops! Thanks Manny for allowing us to make some memories here! Oh btw you need a new cooking sheet that thing was warped lol 9/10

Paradise in Alachua

A few mile for Gainesville …It was 10 in our party, to celebrate our Mother’s 85th Birthday. The host was gracious enough to honor our request for early check-in. The check-in process was easy and the host was in constant communication with me. There was enough parking for all in my party. The home was extremely clean, spacious and great for decorating and entertaining. There were games available that a large group could enjoy. Our family pet had enough yard to explore and play. The porch, patio & pool were amazing! The check-out and clean up process was easy. We will be back. This is a true little paradise and the host was so amazing we left them flowers

We had a mixed experience with this stay. On one hand the owner was very helpful and responsive. On the other hand, the property did not meet our expectations, and I felt a bit duped by the pictures. The property had a lot of curb appeal from the pictures but the inside of the property did not match the curb appeal. There were 5 bedrooms but only 2 bathrooms, and one of the bathrooms was the primary en suite bathroom. The furnishings were mid at best. The mattress in the bedroom in which I stayed must have been a piece of foam. I believe the pillow was too. I had to apologize to our guests because the property didn't meet the minimum standard of accomodations we would have booked.
