The condo was clean and conveniently located for walking to stores and restaurants. The major negative of the condo was that the TV would disconnect from the internet when we were streaming and could not be reconnected after 10pm

We really enjoyed staying here. The location is great—close to shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to the slopes. We drove up to Canyon Village and took the gondola from there, which worked perfectly for us.The only issue was the bathroom glass door, which appeared to be broken and was very difficult to move—it definitely needs to be fixed. Aside from that, everything was amazing, and we had a wonderful stay.

Nice stay

This rental is a nice spot to stay. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is one for the price it was a lot and two it was outdated. But regardless of those factors I’d recommend staying here.

Hello Conrad, We appreciate the feedback. Nightly lodging rates are based on the seasonal demands of our guest - unfortunately, your stay was during one of these periods. We offer discounted lodging for our returning renters - please contact us prior to making your future reservation. We work hard to provide proper presentation of our listings, in which we feel the photos for this unit fully depicts the condition of the unit. Summit Village, Mammoth Condo Review

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo had all the amenities of home and was comfortable. It was just a short drive from the village and Mammoth Mountain. When we were in the condo, the TV set up is easy to operate and offers a wide variety of entertainment. I would not hesitate to rent the same location again on our next trip to Mammoth.

Nice Amenities and Quiet

We were very happy with the amenities provided. We like to sleep with a fan running for white noise and found a box fan in the closet which worked perfectly. There were also some soft blankets that we used. We also appreciated the extra sink in the bedroom and the extra wide trashcans in the restroom and by the sink in the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were very pleased with how quiet it was our entire stay. The only issue was that my husband felt the toilet was too small. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.
