Boasting unbelievable views and enviable proximity to Canyon Lake, this newly remodeled home offers an unbeatable Hill Country escape. Drive two minutes to the boat ramp or check out nearby beach parks to swim in the clear blue waters. For a day at the beach, travel five miles to Canyon Overlook Park or eight miles to Jacob's Creek Park. Guadalupe River is five miles away. Keep the fun in the sun going on the three-level deck at home! Hammocks provide a comfy vantage point from which you can enjoy 180-degree views of Texas beauty. Enjoy the abundance of nature and the many deer grazing nearby.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of plush furnishings, a modern kitchen, and a game room with a pool table and dart board. Recent upgrades include fresh paint, redesigned bedrooms, new lighting, and furniture.

The sunlit living area is furnished with two sofas and an armchair. Relax on quiet afternoons and stream shows on the 55-inch smart TV. Host a leisurely pool or darts tournament in the game room. The space also features a full-size bed with USB connections.

Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops bring a sleek aesthetic and high-end utility to the kitchen. Start vacation days with morning coffee at the kitchen bar for four. At mealtime, gather around the new table for six in the dining area.

This two-story home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms, each bed is appointed with all-new linens and each room offers direct deck access. The primary bedroom boasts a bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two beds, while the third bedroom features a bed and a TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The three-level deck provides an abundance of space to play in the shade or soak up the sun! Ample deck lighting extends use of the outdoor space well into the evenings. The lower level includes two hammocks and a cornhole. Prepare tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for eight. The best Hill Country views around are undoubtedly found on the upper level, spanning the entire length of the home. The upper deck is furnished with a hammock, a love seat, and bistro seating. A ceiling fan provides added comfort.

Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
