Gorgeous! This beautiful and crystal clean 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath condo directly on the gulf at Summit Beach Resort is what you've been looking for, for your beach vacation! This condo has been completely remodeled recently and will be thoroughly enjoyed by all. The condo overlooks the pools on the beach and of course the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo accommodates your family of 5 and has everything you’ll need to enjoy your beach vacation! The master has a king size bed and own private vanity and access to the shower. In the hall sits the bunk beds. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is an additional vanity and toilet for guests and access to the shower.

Don't forget to check out the super close restaurants and entertainment, and plan a visit or two to the world famous Pier Park! Book with us today and come make some memories!

From the front door to the balcony everything was clean. The kitchen was clean and had what appeared to be new appliances and were easy to use. I would stay here on my next trip with no questions asked.

We just wrapped up a 7-day stay at Summit 627, and overall, we enjoyed our visit. Communication with the host was excellent, and Kenny was always responsive and helpful with any questions or needs we had.The condo met all of our needs and was a comfortable place to stay, but it could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. We noticed stains on the couches and bedding covers, the shower had a mildew odor, the floors could have been mopped more thoroughly, and the baseboards had a noticeable buildup of dust and sand. With a little extra attention to cleanliness, this would be an even better place to stay.

Good but not great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we noticed many areas in the condo that weren’t clean. There was mold on the bathroom ceilings, dust on the upper cabinets, mold on the shower curtain liner that had to be replaced, utensils that were not completely clean, and multiple stains on the couches. We did reach out to the property owner about the shower curtain about the shower curtain, which he did have replaced the next day, so that was nice. The condo did have a great view of the beach, and we never had any issues at the Summit. We had a great stay, but we also did not stay inside much due to not feeling the cleanest.

Condo was clean and as described. Could use fresh paint on walls, ceiling and baseboards. The bathroom with the shower is a tight spot. Had to wash the towels daily to have enough. I recommend taking extra towels. The elevator(s) were down the majority of the time we were there. One would get reset and the other would mess up. Overall the condo was great for us for the 8 days we were there. Bikini Bobs is a little restaurant/grill by the pool. Great drink prices, perfect to get ice at. Food was pretty good most of the time. Don’t go during lunch hours. Waited over an hour for our food but is very quick at not prime hours like lunch/dinner.

Fantastic Place

Our stay at the property couldn't have been more pleasant. Nicely decorated property with so many amenities on property and nearby. Will definitely stay again when visiting Panama City Beach.

Nice place

The place was nice and in a great location, the pools and hot tubs were great and bikini bobs that on the property was a good place to get ice,food and drinks and the Tiki bar that is also onsite was nice as well!

Great little getaway!

Had an amazing couple of days at PCB. Condo was clean and roomy. Would definitely recommend this place and this unit. Pools were great as was access to the beach. Friendly staff.

Wonderful beautiful Condo

Wonderful beautiful condo. The 6th floor is perfect for the view. Located near elevator is a plus also. Kenny responded quickly when I reached out. Definitely recommend this unit!!

Summit Stay

Clean and good atmosphere. The elevators had a bit of a wait but other than that it was a great experience.

Girls weekend getaway

Perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. Beautiful views, right on water, clean and a very safe property with friendly staff. Kitchen supplies a little scarce but we made do to cook several meals in condo.

The pictures are beautiful on line, and the unit looks beautiful; but obviously needs some TLC. My guess is just an older condo that has tried to have a facelift, but just shows some wear. We made it work. Would stay again for a quick trip with a small group.

Nice all around, had issues with the internet. Could connect to the wifi, but the router kept dropping connection. The multiple pools were nice and kept things less crowded.

Great Condo

We have stayed at another unit before but we will definitely be back to this specific one. It was clean and spacious and everything was up to date and wonderful! We had the best time.
