Very clean and neat. Kim was an excellent host great communication. Would stay again. Good views of the water and a nice screened in patio.

This cottage was such a blessing to find on VRBO! Extremely clean and the host went way beyond our expectations!!! Do not hesitate to book this gem! We can’t wait to go back and relax right next to the Saint John’s River.

Perfect little hideaway

This place had everything we needed. Kim thought of everything The view was perfect nice quiet park. Pool very clean friendly neighbors. We will definitely be repeat visitors

What a gorgeous place on the river. The inside is nicely decorated. Outside porch has a great view of the river. Kim was very patient answering all my questions.

Weekend stay in Welaka

The house was extremely clean. Stocked well with everything you need. Everyone in the park was friendly. My family and I felt so safe! We did 4 springs on our 3 day stay and ate the most delicious food. Highly recommend Lexi’s for breakfast and shrimpsrus for dinner! Kim was great and full of good tips for the surrounding area!

Great place & weather

Was clean and quiet. My husband loved the bed. Which you never hear him say. Thank you so much. Hope to come back. The pool was my favorite place.

We had great time. Celebrated my husband's 64th birthday. The property exceeded my expectations. Golf cart was nice and the property was immaculate. We will return.

Awsome Place

Great location easy access to restaurants and store. Golf cart was great for travel. Nice pool and all the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. What more is there to say.
