Fall family get away

The condo was great. The location was right in between Pensacola and Orange Beach, so you could get to either city easily. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. Easy short walk to the beach and pool. Would stay again.

We LOVED our stay at Seaspray West!

We loved our stay at Seaspray West 603 and would recommend it (and have) to ANYONE! We had a relaxing and awesome 8 days in Perdido Key and we will be back!!!

Loved this personalized space. The bird and shell books were well used by us, and the quilts on the walls made it feel like home! Also loved the cheery colors.

Lovely condo

We had a great time at the condo. The sixth floor view is beautiful, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The property pools were a big hit with the kids. Thank you!

Very nice condo. Perfect for our family.

Condo was very nice and clean. Had pretty much everything you'd need except a DVD player for kid movies. Master shower was nice and large. Beach was nice and clean. Wonderful view from the balcony. Would definately stay again.

Perfect spot, nice condo

The property and condo are both really nice. The 0 foot entry pool was fantastic for small kids and the beach was really amazing as always. Well situated near entertainment but not too close to anything loud and rowdy. Some crazy air conditioning and you should shop for the most basic supplies before arriving but I would highly recommend this vrbo.

Labor Day Stay

The condo was very nice. The view was spectacular. Everything was great. One suggestion - the Mr. Coffee coffee pot is broken and leaks - it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Sold on Perdido Key

Wife and I do an annual October get ready for fall/winter trip. We decided to go to Perdido Key for something different. Stayed at Perdido Sun condos and couldn’t be happier with our week stay. Great condo with a great view of gulf and condo had everything you could possibly want! Many good restaurants in area that are an easy walk or short drive. Luxary Coast Vacations were good to work with and I highly recommend them. We’ll be returning!

Great views

The property was located in a great spot. The balcony had a great view of the beach. Beds were comfortable. There were several small things that needed repair; the blinds, balcony door, the drawer on the oven,etc. There was mold on the ceiling in the entryway.Check out time was at 1000. We asked if we could stay until 11 and they said no. At 9:30, the cleaning crew were knocking on the door. Overall, it was a nice condo in a good area.

Comfortable condo, thoughtfully appointed, artfully decorated, great location!

603 SeaSpray West is a 5-star accommodation all the way. Comfortable, thoughtfully appointed and stylish, with an excellent collection of nature photographs - many taken by an owner, beautiful views and easy access to pools, hot tub and the beach - it's floorplan works very well for up to two couples. The building and amenities are well kept - and the nearby Perdido Bay Seafood offers an excellent selection of fresh-caught fish, shrimp, crabs and oysters - as well as friendly service - including steaming shrimp for you while you wait (not very long). All in all, 603 SeaSpray West is highly recommended.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Seaspray! Everything was clean & the lockbox was so easy. We had an abundance of towels & the beds were comfy. Definitely bring all paper products you need though. We brought a pack of toilet paper & paper towels. Also, bring kitchen staples such as sugar, coffee filters, cooking spray, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Lots of plates, cups, utensils, & cookware. We highly recommend this condo & we plan to be back!

Terrible Mattresses on BEDS!!!

The furniture in the living room was dirty. The mattresses were worn out. The mattress in the secondary bedroom was so bad they had placed a topper on it and it just sank into the hole in the mattress below. The stove eyes did not work properly and the hot water was slow or non existent in the sinks. the Sink in the hall did not drain well. Our stay was good but I was disappointed in our condo. Do better owners please.

Luxury Coastal was a great help!

The condo was neat, clean, comfortable! The washing machine didn’t work but a text to Luxury had someone out quickly to fix. The elevator wasn’t working on the evening before our departure ( we are on the 6th floor). I text again and they said they would check into it. It was working the next morning :)

Perdido Beach condo two minute walk to water!

Pros: --clean, fairly spacious two bedroom condo. Pleasantly decorated, decently outfitted kitchen. --two minute walk from 6th floor condo to beach --very clean beach, clearly well attended to Cons: --A bit pricey (but everything is) --beach chairs and umbrellas should not be an extra charge, especially given the per night cost of the condo. It felt like a hustle when the gentleman tried to charge us $40 for chairs and umbrellas that were already sitting out on the property. I was embarrassed in front of my family. This practice needs to end immediately.

White sandy Beach was just steps away!!

The beach was clean and beautiful! The cost for chairs and an umbrella was $30 a day and they pick it up at 5pm. The condo was amazing. 6th floor, right across from the elevator and the trash shoot. Stocked with everything you could ever need to cook. Lots of little added bonuses like custom quilts, beautiful quilt pillows, lots of insider tips, cookbooks, beach toys and you could tell the owners poured love into the unit. Close to stores, restaurants, entertainment, but still far enough away to be quiet and peaceful! Only downside was the dryer took 3 full 80 minute cycles to get clothes dry. And- my kids thought they locked themselves in the balcony! (It's rather tough to open the sliding door from the outside.) The king bed in the master was very squeaky and firm. Overall-- We loved it!! Would definitely recommend to our family and friends!!

603 West Sea Spray

Beautiful place! Clean, cozy, and a wonderful view from the balcony. The owners have lots of interesting decorations and books, there's tons of light, and It's right on the beach! Also, the beach was not crowded here at all. We were able to rent a chair/umbrella right in front of the condo for all 3 days no problem. We loved it. I definitely recommend this place, and the owners have stocked it with everything you could need for cooking, etc. The only suggestion I have is in regards to Luxury Coastal Vacations - they're pretty stingy with other items. If you're staying for more than a couple days, or if you have 4 people, you will have to bring several things. There is no salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner is only in the master bathroom, there's no extra toilet paper, only 2 kitchen garbage bags. You'll also need to bring dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent if you plan on doing more than one load. And bring beach towels as none are provided. Not the end of the world, just something to be aware of. We've stayed at places like this several times and there are usually more supplies than there were here. Also, your arrival instructions from them will say the pools and hot tubs are open until 11 pm. They actually close at 10. Other than that I highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Perdido Key in the future.
