We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The rental was clean, cozy and the location was convenient.Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable vacation rental.

Perfect location and great being right on the water to kayak. We had a wonderful time and recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to vacation with their family.

Family Vacation

This is a great place to stay for a family vacation. So much to do with a centralized location. Host was very nice to work with. Wonderful week!

We enjoyed our time vacationing and spending time with th family. The house was set up with many amenities that we didn’t get a chance to use. We did cook and the appliances worked well. Because she it was over July 4th we got this cake and lived it. We don’t take any pictures because we got a chance to meet and spend some good quality timeout the owners. Our stay was very enjoyable and the company the cottage was very enjoyable.

We loved just about everything about this property. We were a 7 minute drive from Emerald Isle Beach and our host had told us about free parking, we had bikes and kayaks available and lots of space close by to use them, a nice back yard with yard games etc to use. The kitchen was ready to use and even though we had 5 kids and 2 adults staying and the space could have felt tight, there was outdoor dining space and the bunk beds accommodated all of our kids and were so comfortable. We loved the outdoor bathroom/shower as well. The only thing that would have been nice to know us that there is another unit attached and we were sharing the spaces with the tenants of that unit throughout the week. It wasn't a problem, but would have been nice to know.
