Great location

Second time staying here and loved it. Very nice home and the location is perfect. Easy to work with the owner and will be staying again.

Very good overall stay! The house is much larger inside than one would expect looking at it from the outside. The house is well furnished and tastefully decorated; we felt right at home. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped. The place was clean. There is an office area with 2 desks and multiple monitors. The screened porch is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the canal view. Pretty good sky view to the gulf side as well. There is a book the owners made that is a nice directory of the area, including restaurants and shopping. Centrally located to everything in Shell Point and a short drive to a very well kept and stocked Dollar General, a convenience store gas station, and liquor store. We did have a couple things come up that were outside the owners control that they communicated quickly and clearly about, which is all you can ask for. When a contractor working nearby cut through their Xfinity cable, the owners did what was needed to restore service as quickly as possible. We would definitely stay here again!

I must say you and your family were very understanding, as we had workers on the premises completing our new sea wall and as you mentioned, cutting the Xfinity cable during the process. We'd love for you to return and enjoy the typically quiet and serene surroundings (minus the Bobcat machines)😊

It was very roomy, clean, and had all the cookware needed to make dinners. We also enjoyed having coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the canal each morning.

Great place, tons of room, tons of things in the house - pots, pans, spices, glasses, etc. You could make and serve meals for 10 people with all that they provide. Plus being in the water, great place to stay

Have stayed here many times and as always well pleased. This is a huge house and sits on the end of a canal with a great view. great location in a gated community.

Beautiful getaway

Lovely waterfront home with comfortable beds and all of the amenities of home. I would definitely recommend this home at Shell Point Beach.

Great stay

Our stay was hassle free. Property was excellent. Amenities were as stated. Super clean and very enjoyable. Almost hate to tell how great it was because it will become hard to schedule our next trip.

Shellpoint paradise

Our stay was amazing! The property was beautiful well kept and convenient to fishing. Owner was very attentive and accommodating. House was well stocked and plenty comfortable.

Family Getaway

This place is spectacular! The location is perfect. The boat dock was very convenient. The house is well equiped, clean, cheery, and comfortable. Beds are super comfy. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We will be returning!

Great home away from home

This is a beautiful, well appointed vacation rental perfect for families or couples. The location was a 6-8 minute walk from the beach and is located right on the canal for great boat access. The owners are very nice and responsive and really go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Everyone in my family enjoyed the open space and the incredibly comfortable accommodations!
