We had a wonderful Mother's Day Weekend!

The owner/manager responded promptly to questions- before and even during our stay. Very child friendly. It rained, so we will plan to go back!

Relaxing Friendly Stay

Lookout Point was better than described. The house is clean and welcoming with plenty of space. The deck and seating were top notch. The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach or rent the golf cart. The area is full of friendly folks and if you do see the "Oyster man" get some, they are delicious! The only disappointment was the outdoor griddle and grill, very rusty and dirty.

It was great! The kids loved the yard. All the amenities were just right. The only blip was the water being off for several hours, no fault of the owner.

The property was great! Excellent location, very clean, nice furniture and the management compnay was extremely on top of things and quick to answer any questions. We stayed almost three weeks - and the only issue is that the kitchen was not stocked very well: for a property that houses up to 8 people, there were only 6 dinner plates, a mishmash of silverware, one matching bowl, a few glasses (no wine glasses) about 3 utensils and no serving bowls (nothing to make a salad in) Not even salt & pepper shakers. I have a feeling that most people who stay here are for a weekend and don't do much cookingWe will definitely come back - but will plan for the kitchen items

Hi Stephanie! Thank you for staying with us! I wish you had let us know about the kitchen items- I would have been happy to drop them by! I ordered many of the items you mentioned and had them shipped to the house for the next guests who were coming since I was out of town. Please come again to stay soon!

Great management

Carlyn and the management team were wonderful.they went above and beyond. So accommodating and courteous. The house was thoughtfully finished and perfect for our scalloping adventure! We will be returning.

This home is gorgeous and the layout is perfect! The rental team is absolutely fantastic! We had some snags, the team made repairs a no hassle issue. This home is special needs friendly!
