Wonderful location in Grayton Beach close to everything. Charming residence with a wonderful host who had everything prepared and communicated everything ahead of time to make our stay seamlessly smooth!

The smith house was just what we needed. Cozy inside and so much history. And the outside with the large deck and amenities outside was awesome. Our host was very accommodating and made everything super easy for us. Would highly recommend

The Smith House was everything we hoped it would be. It is such a unique and historical bungalow, with great outdoor space and amenities, and close to everything you want to be in Grayton. We’ll be visiting for years to come, and this will be the place we stay! The owner is genuinely invested in the Grayton community and is committed to providing a wonderful stay, along with excellent local recommendations. It was magical.

Loved this cozy house! It reflects the charm and quaintness of how I remember Grayton before it became so popular. Kelly has done an excellent job of preserving the history of this house, while updating to all the amenities. I am so grateful she is willing to share! It’s a perfect house for every season at the beach!

Our family loved The Smith House! The provided bikes and beach gear made it so easy to have outings everyday and we loved spending time at the charming, unique house playing games and cooking meals. The house was very clean!! It's a vibrant, active part of Grayton-- super close to everything you could need or want. Hope to be back for another visit soon!

Kelly was the best to work with! The house was absolutely amazing. Walking distance to the beach and our favorite place, The Red Bar. They had everything we needed at the house, so we didn’t need to waste half a day of our trip picking up supplies etc. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in the Smith Cottage. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops were all in walking distance.Grayton Beach is the ideal beach town. Kelly keeps the property immaculate. We appreciated the bikes, chairs, etc. for the beach and the cottage was stocked with books and games for a rainy day. We look forward to returning to Grayton Beach.

We had the best time at the Smith House! Great location, convenient (walking or biking) to both the beach & restaurants! We made time for morning & evening porch sitting - and rain a couple of nights made this most pleasant! Love the history and decor of the Smith House! Very comfy & welcoming!

A Sweet Spot by the Sea

Smith House was an absolute dream! Kelly and Billy were the most amazing hosts and have the house stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The screened-in patio was our favorite spot for breakfast in the mornings and peaceful evenings after a day at the beach! Such a sweet and charming home - we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience! The home has been well updated without losing its historic charm. Owner was very prompt on contacting us almost immediately after booking and all the way through our stay. My wife and I truly enjoyed getting to know Grayton a little more after staying in Carillon the past few years. Thank you Smith House:)
