Perfect escape at Green Gables

Fun house and thoroughly enjoyed by my wife and myself. Far enough off 30A but close enough to walk to heart of things. Hope to get back!

We had a wonderful host and owner. They were great to deal with and very accommodating! It was the coziest cottage on a quiet street that was perfect for our couples getaway. We can’t wait to go back. It was a picture walk to Seaside Chapel, pool, downtown and to the beach.
The complementary bikes were perfect for daily rides and it has the perfect front porch for sipping coffee

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. The cleanliness of cottage was my favorite We rode bikes everywhere, but were able to walk to middle of seaside and beach . It was a great trip!

Great place

We really like staying here. The community and fun of Seaside is a great experience. Close to the beach - having bikes to ride are fun- shops and Modica Market couldn’t be better. The restaurants and bars are great too. The house was perfect for two of us. Overall was a great vacation for both of us.

Anniversary trip to Seaside

We could easily walk or bike on our complimentary bikes to anywhere we wanted to. The private beach access was a nice bonus.

Great stay

Located in the best location in Seaside proper. 2 blocks to town square, quick and easy access to the beach, and basically next door to the pool. Watch your step on the spiral staircase after a few cocktails but other than that it was exactly as described. Would rent again. Also Homeowners Collection staff is wonderful.

Great small cottage in perfect location!

The location is fabulous and the free bike rentals were perfect for this area. It is very close to the fitness center and a pool. I was very happy with the cleanliness and the customer service. I will use this company again to rent in the area!

For the price, in comparison to the other homes we could have rented in the area- this was pretty much as we expected. Very cute little beach house - the bedroom and bathroom are on the main level and the living area and kitchen was up a tiny staircase. This is a beach cabin feel- NOT a luxury home and it was exactly what we had hoped for!The home is very well situated and beach access and bike rentals were so easy to navigate. The gym is LITERALLY next door and is VERY well equipped. We loved being able to run around the entire area on our bicycles. This was a super trip. Perfect for a couple traveling without kids or maybe with a small, non walking child if you have a pack and play to bring with you. The only thing we didn’t love- was the bed. It wasn’t the most comfortable and would absolutely benefit from some sort of mattress pad or topper- but the pillows were plain awful. They felt like they were full of air. There also weren’t additional blankets I’d suggest having one in the cabinets. We WOULD stay here again- the price point was great, location to amenities even better and it’s a clean, precious little beach cottage. But next time, we will bring our own pillows!

Quaint and Charming Private Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside is a unique and magical place because of places like Green Gables. My wife and I stayed here 25 years ago and returned for a three day weekend in October. It was a fantastic stay in a private location on the edge of town surrounded by vegetation. Everything was easily accessible from the beach to the town center to swimming pool, tennis courts and trails. The place has great spaces including the screened in porch, vaulted ceilinged living room/kitchen and unique master bedroom.
