You will certainly understand how Beach Front Breezes got its name while enjoying the ocean breeze on one of 2 beachfront decks. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and dining table for 8. Stackable washer and dryer is available in the condo for your convenience. There are also “sunset decks” off the dining room and queen bedroom with views of the Swan Lake wetlands and beautiful sunsets.

Condos were built in 1961 and it shows. Right on the beach so location was 10 out of 10. The property was old and it showed it's age.

You are correct, these are older condos with an amazing view of the ocean and coast! The other big reason to rent here is the huge savings off front row rates.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay, great location. Minor issues with updating I addressed with Host. Overall stay was wonderful made great memories with the family.

Water in faucets was slightly brown. Had to use bottled water to cook and brush teeth.Stepped on a nail on the patio that was protruding upwards.

Our apologies for the island water quality. It is not consistently bad but sometimes discolored due to minerals. Our Tyvek synthetic decks do not use nails, but we will try to find what may have scratched your foot. Thank you for letting us know.

Nice condo

Nice condo right off the beach with beautiful views in a fairly private area. Well appointed with pots, pans, dishes, and quality appliances. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed our stay.

The view is beautiful! There were a few issues and it was uncomfortable due to the amount of mosquitoes. We were completely attacked by the mosquitoes and have multiple bites. The toilet water was yellow at all times and the back door was broke. The other inconvenience was there was no walkway or entrance to the beach without walking through other peoples area or carport. Also a large pot hole or sink hole full or water that smelled really bad right as soon as you exist your vehicle. It was okay for a quick weekend stay but a few things that were uncomfortable.

Our sincere apologies for your discomfort due to mosquitos. We have a professional treatment applied several times during peak season, but unfortunately recent storms washed much of it away. Those same rains created the puddle (not sink hole). Access to the beach is available from 2 walkovers in the middle of the complex and near unit 10 a few doors down. There would be no reason to enter another condo's carport or private space.

Great Location

The location and beach access is GREAT! There were a couple minor issues that the host had taken care of within 30 minutes. All contact with the host was timely and handled efficiently.

The beach view and access was incredible! Everything was so clean and decorated beautifully. Only complaint was the water smelled awful. Was told its the City water. Also, bring your own hair dryer and clothes iron if needed. Other than that it was great!

We Love The Townhome

We had a great time staying and had family nearby in other homes. Ours was the only one that offered a price break for visits lasting an entire week. We love that feature and will stay again. We also really loved having coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. The management is effortless to deal with, and that is another item we loved. See you next year!

Good place for quick vacation

Good experience with nice excess to the beach. Only was hoping to bbq. Apparently grill rusted.
