Property was clean and in excellent condition. It was exactly as described. It was right along the Comal river which allowed us to put in by Landa Falls and then exit right at our place. The inner tubes provided were in great shape and perfect for floating the Comal and Guadalupe. The location was perfect to visit a variety of restaurants and local amenities. Would highly recommend people consider this property when visiting New Braunfels.

Perfect central location for visiting New Braunfels and Gruene. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property, awesome location just steps from the river or a short walk downtown. Very clean with everything you need for a great weekend. Will definitely be back!

Nice property & condo. We were only in town for a night but would be a great place to be if you’re going to float the Comal.

Clean and good location

We stayed here because it was close to the beer festival. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It has access to the river and they provide tubes. Would definitely stay here again. It would be perfect for 2 couples, each bedroom had its own bathroom.
