This property is NOT river front as Vrbo AI may be advertising! The river is however, directly across the street. Access: aprox 30-50', across street, at the end of fence and at the old bridge offers access to the Chattahoochee River & fly fishing paradise. The rocking chair front porch is a favorite and offers some views of the river.

Walk to many restaurants including Paul's Steak House (on the River) where you can dance the night away at Paul's Margarita Deck with live music and seasonal karaoke. Enjoy the Indoor Fun Factory with skating rink, go-carts, laser tag, bouncy house & arcade on sunny and rainy days. Water park & Blue River tubing during those warm summer days and don't forget the zip lines & rollercoaster, one of our favorites. Helen offers something for everyone. We booked this for a short trip to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The room was super clean, cozy, and had everything we could need. There were even push poles left by the door that we used on the river. The beds, pillows, and furniture were very comfortable. It was an easy walk to Main St. Thank you for use of your home, it was just as listed.

The property was just as pictured. We arrived early, I called the host Cynthia to ask if we could check in. She was very willing to accommodated us. BungLow was close to stores and all attractions.

We had a great time. Walking distance to Betty's country store. They serve breakfast. The river is just across the street. Everything in the house works! Quiet neighborhood.I should have brought our portable grill. User friendly TV. Lots of areas to walk the dog.

We had a wonderful weekend. The cottage is conveniently located and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

The little things matter…..parking is always a perk in Helen, with two parking spaces it’s a bonus! Fabulous water pressure, and plenty of hot water was a blessing after a long day of walking. Nice cold air conditioning and super comfy beds made for the perfect girls weekend. This lovely rental is within walking distance to the majority of the downtown restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed hearing and watching the river from the porch. Our host was very friendly and available throughout our stay. Many Thanks for a wonderful much needed getaway!

The room was so nice and clean and perfect for two people staying together that want separate rooms. It was close enough to walk to things in the town and felt very safe and comfortable! Loved it!

Great location for Oktoberfest. Just off of Main Street so minimal noise and free parking; easy walk to everything. Easy check in and good communication from host. Would recommend.
