This is a freshly redone condo in a prime spot on Siesta Key's main beach. Beach access is private and so easy, There is also a pool, but the beach was so nice, we didn't use it.The unit itself is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, and we could easily have entertained at the unit, but ended up going out. Local restaurants/bars are walkable and have a fun beach vibe. The owner was proactive in letting us know they had just put in a new water heater, and we communicated easily about making an adjustment to the water temp. Very accessible and supportive owner, for sure.We will be regular renters when we are headed to Siesta Key!

This was the perfect place for our beach getaway! Wonderful location right on the beach. The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and included everything we needed for the week. The beach chair and umbrella service was a plus as well. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping options just steps away and the sunsets were phenomenal! Host was very helpful and communication was on point. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

We love coming to Siesta Key and staying here. The property is always clean and has everything we need. Dior provides excellent information about the property and places to go while we are there. She is a fantastic host! The private entrance to the beach is wonderful, and having beach chair and umbrella set-up makes it so nice when heading out to enjoy the day by the water. There are also beach chairs at the property to take out in the evening to watch the AMAZING sunset. You won't want to miss it! We also enjoy the pool while we are there. It is always clean and has tables and chairs available to relax in as well. In the evenings if we are staying at the rental we enjoy sitting in the chairs right outside our unit. There are so many options nearby to get everything you need. Right across the street is a gift shop with items you may have forgot, or souvenirs you are looking for. There is also a great deli with fantastic sandwiches. There is a market nearby as well to pick up groceries. Captain Curts, Cresent Club, Daquari Deck, Toasted Mango (one of our favorites), and Lenny's Pizza are all great places to eat, within walking distance. If you want to go to the village area, the trolley stop is right by this rental as well. We love our time spent here and cannot wait to come back!

Internet was down more than working. Went out 3 times in 3 days. Had to have someone come and reset tv. Hard to find regular TV stations. Heard a/c all night long fan I was loud when running. Shower pressure low if used at a tolerable temperature. Many outlets didn't work or were inconveniently located. Heard club across the street every night at 10 p.m. not worth price we were charged. Second half of vacation was in Sanibel and far superior accommodations for less money!

Thank you for your feedback. Our guests consistently love our location because our complex is beachfront and within walking distance of several restaurants and entertainment options. While there is live music nearby, it ends by 10 PM. We understand that this may still be noticeable for guests who prefer a quieter evening before that time. Regarding the shower, the water temperature is fully adjustable. Our property does not offer traditional cable channels; instead, we provide Smart TVs for guests to access their preferred streaming services. We’re sorry these aspects affected your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Really enjoyed our stay

This is a great, clean unit very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the beach! The check in process is simple, there were plenty of clean towels, clean sheets, clean dishes – overall just a nice place to hang out. ‘no doubt we would stay in this unit again.

Great location!

This place was centrally-located to great restaurants and obviously a fabulous beach. The only downside was the bathroom (a little small). Otherwise, fantastic! Would stay here again.

Siesta Key Beach Gem

What an awesome place to stay in Sarasota. Lovely, updated family-friendly place with a wonderful swimming pool and private-access beach (complete with grills, picnic tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). Easy walk to everything you need (groceries, restaurants) and the neighbors are incredibly friendly. For the price, it's hard to imagine a better spot! We look forward to staying again.

Very nice beach

Nice property with upgraded amenities. Made for a relaxing trip. My only Issue is that the price is a bit high in comparison to units nearby, that in a lot of cases sleep 6 with the same distance to the beach.

Dear Matthew - Thank you for your kind words! As you could experience, our unit is the most sophisticated and one of the newest in our complex. We remodeled it recently and we decorated our home with quality and luxury in mind so our guests can experience a memorable vacation. I'm glad to hear you had a wonderful time! The higher rates only reflects the sophistication of our home and I'm sure you had a chance to see that the other homes around were not remodeled either had an open floor plan as ours. I hope you visit as soon again, it was a pleasure to host you!

Our Happy Place

We love Siesta Key! This is the perfect place to hang your hat. Location, location, location. We were 100 yards from the most beautiful beach in the USA, 75 yards to the pool and just across the street are restaurants, bars, a small grocery store, souvenir shop etc etc. The unit is super clean and well stocked for cooking in. We will stay here again.

We loved the location as well as people we met also staying there. The beach was within walking distance and had lots of shells for collecting. The unit provided beach towels, a cooler and beach loungers which made it easy for traveling. We highly recommend the Jake's ice cream shop across the street and the gift shop. Communication with the host was top notch, always answered promptly. We highly recommend staying here.

This condo was the PERFECT spot! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean, the bed was comfy, it was the perfect amount of space, and in the best location - steps away from the beach! It’s easily accessible to multiple convenience stores, bars, and restaurants! This was my boyfriend’s first time in Siesta Key and this place truly made his first experience worthwhile! We will definitely be booking this again next year!! 10/10!

Fantastic beach getaway!

We had another fantastic stay this year! The place is always fresh, clean, and gets us right into beach vacation mode. Communication is always quick if we have any questions. We love the beach being so close, as well as the pool. The beach chair setup is also great! We have everything we need when we stay, a great place with a full kitchen when we want to stay in and cook or take lunch to the beach, and great restaurants right across the street (a personal favorite is breakfast at the Toasted Mango). There is also a shuttle stop very close if we want to catch a ride down to the village. We will definitely come back soon!! Thank you for providing such a great place!

Perfect Point of Island

This was the perfect place to stay on Siesta Key, Crescent Beach. It is right across the street from everything, shopping, restaurants, and night life! You also have a private beach for the beautiful sunsets! You can not get any better placement than this. The condo itself was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and still homey. All the amenities you would need for a weekend to a month’s stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions on what to enjoy around us. Highly recommend! We already want to go back!

Great Location

We have vacationed in Siesta Key before but never at this location on Crescent Beach. We were so happy that we could just walk across the street to go the grocery store, Captain Curt's, and to rent JetSkis. The rental itself is on the beach side of the road, and it was a few steps to get to the pool and beach (beach chair and umbrella service included). Our unit was super clean and really cute. It was perfect for a couple. The trolley stop is right at the complex too. We used the Frog Hopper every day, much easier to just call and be picked up, no need for a car ever.

Great Location on Gorgeous Siesta Key Beach

This place was perfect for our family of three. The proximity to everywhere we wanted to go was unmatched. We didn't bring a car, and didn't need one the whole week. We were blessed with great weather and were able to enjoy the fiery, breathtaking sunsets every night. The only issue we had was the front door lock was difficult to get open almost every time... but no big deal, as you can use the back, as well. Thank you for the awesome memories.

We absolutely love staying here! This is our third trip back and we always have a great experience. The place is always clean and puts you right in the beach mood. The pool is clean, and the ocean is absolutely amazing. We make sure to make it out every night to see the sunset, then have plenty of time to go back and have an easy walk across the street to get something to eat for dinner or head to the ice cream shop. We are able to get everywhere we want to go without driving. Within walking distance is a grocery store, restraunts that are fantastic, and so much more. When we want to go to downtown Siesta Key we jump on the trolley or nearest Frog Hop and are there in minutes. The owner is always quick to respond to any question we have, and gives suggestions for great places to eat and fun things to do. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your beachfront getaway with us!
