We do not have beach frontage and there is no beach access with our property. We do have a beautiful view of West Grand Traverse Bay.

The closest public beach access to the north is Boughey Park 2.6 miles and to the south Greilickville Harbor Park 4.3 miles.

Beautiful home in Leelanau County, 10 minutes north of Traverse City. In the heart of wine country, with marinas, beaches, and good restaurants nearby. Spacious open-concept with HGTV inspired decor. Completely renovated from head to toe. Beautiful new deck for outdoor dining, grilling, and gatherings. Three bedrooms - master with king bed and en-suite, 32” smart TV, and glass door to deck. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds. Multi purpose room with trundle bed sleeps two.

Great place and location

Great Location

Great property for group of 6 if you looking for a quieter location, but still close to everything you want to do. Nice view of the Bay as well.

Perfect Family Accommodations

We were attending a wedding on the Leelanau Peninsula and this property worked very well for us. Very clean, well appointed, modernized, well lit, well provisioned with cookware. Host was very helpful.

Very clean and well maintained home in a great location

We had a family wedding and this home is well maintained and very clean and well stocked. It was in a great location for meeting up with other family members staying nearby. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and made us feel welcome.

Family vacation

Beautiful ranch house with an open floor plan for our family. This house was so clean! So nice owners stocked with the basic supplies also. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great accommodations

Spacious, clean, and all the comforts of home available right when you walk in the door. We had a group of 7 celebrating a special event and there were several areas in and around the house we could all sit comfortably.

Very clean and convenient

This was a great location for us, as it was close to both Suttons Bay and Traverse City. The house was spotless and had a well equipped kitchen, gas grill and fire pit.

First trip to Michigan

The kitchen/family room area was amazing. Very open and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. We had 5 in our group and it was a very comfortable stay.

Adult get away

A group of my friends and I traveled on our motorcycles up towards TC were we checked into this property . This property did not disappoint in anyway . The home owners have paid attention to every single detail ; from the color coordination through out the home , the comfortable beds and pillows all the way down to the small facial wipes in the bathrooms .

Great location with plenty of room!

Myself and friends stayed at the property for my daughters wedding at Timberlee Hills. It was a fantastic home with everything we needed. It is so tastefully decorated - better than the pictures!!

Perfect place for exploring up north

Wonderful visit

We had a wonderful visit at your rental. Kudos to your cleaning service, as the home was VERY clean. Decorated beautifully and not cluttered. It was large enough for 5 ladies on a girls weekend. Loved the proximity to wineries, Suttons Bay and Leland. Kitchen was well appointed with all the cooking dishes, pots and pans. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. Thank-you very much!!

Quick Get Away

Stayed at this property for a quick weekend while attending a wedding at a local winery. The property was easy to find and a good central location. It was clean and spacious inside. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!
