Walking distance to the lake, public boat ramp, kayaking, playground, campground, swimming area, hiking trail, picnic area, and covered pavilion for large groups…plus our incredibly equipped game room. 3 minute drive to Hurricane Marina with seasonal boat rentals and restaurant. House is roomy modern design w/2 king suites, 2 queen BRs, sitting area w/sleeper couch. Well furnished deck & screened porch for additional leisure. The sidewalks at each entry are surveilled by motion triggered security cameras.

Fantastic, cozy home

A quick trip but the house was so cozy, clean and perfect location! Literally nothing negative to say at all! The basement area was perfect for our tweens and teens. The fireplace and Christmas tree is a wonderful touch. Having two washers and two dryers was handy! Loved this house and will be back!

Great Spot for a Big Group

Great layout. Kitchen, dining room, and living room on the main floor, with a porch balcony and hot tub. First floor game room was great for the kids. Plenty of bedrooms, private space, and baths upstairs.

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

Our group returned to the house for another long Labor Day weekend. The house fits all of our needs and is the perfect place for kids and adults of all ages. We love staying here and hope to be back again next year for our third time.

Center Hill Treat

The home felt like home!! We had easy access to the boat ramp, swimming area and a play area. The home had everything we needed and some things we didn’t remember to bring! We are definitely planning to book again we had such great family time.

Beautiful home, lots to do

Perfect home for all ages. Game room was a savior, close to marina, dock for loading and unloading of the boat, and swim area with playground. Perfect amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and tv’s. Kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed. Beautiful porch to enjoy the view. Very relaxing setting.

FAMILY RETREAT

This past weekend my family celebrate our Dad's 90 th birthday at this fabulous house. It was absolutely perfect. Truely a five star experience. The owner Jason was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this house for a great gettaway!

Great property for multi family getaway

My family of 15 (10 adults and 5 children ages 9 mos to 17) had a wonderful long weekend family reunion at this property. The home is beautiful with high quality finishes, plus it was very clean, well stocked, and conveniently located to the lake and marina. The configuration of the bedrooms, basement bunk area and bathrooms made it ideal for our 3 separate families. Our family particularly enjoyed the 2 porches. Jason was wonderful to work with and immediately responsive. I highly recommend this property. We plan on coming back next year.

Perfect family gathering

Everything was perfect. This area holds a special place for my family and this was the perfect house to meet for a gathering. Nothing is left out of this house. Of all the VRBO’s we have rented, this is the best stocked house we’ve ever visited. You won’t find a better host for communicating. We didn’t visit any restaurants in the area but the location for the lake is one of the best you will find on Center Hill Lake. Jason’s place will always be our first choice on Center Hill.

Lake House Adventure

We were looking for a place that was above and beyond the typical. We were very happy with the whole vibe the house provided. Very clean, well appointed and executed and in a great location that was easy to access. The amenities covered everybody from the pre-teens to adults. The game room, enclosed outdoor porch and hot tub with fireplace was perfect as well as the long front porch with wood rockers. The laundry machines were high capacity and easy to use. All around a great experience!

Great stay!

The house was clean, organized, well-stocked, and had all the features we were looking for. Unfortunately it rained the whole weekend we stayed but there was still plenty to occupy us in the house, including hot tub, games, TV, and fellowship. (Though I’m sad we couldn’t utilize the beach access, canoe, or playground). Jason was very helpful and responded promptly. Great experience!

Beautiful home!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you need. My family enjoyed our Christmas get together so much. Plenty of room for our large group and we would love to stay there again.

Prime location prime house

Everything about the house was perfect. It held all of the amenities that the children and the adults loved. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces, the hot tub, all the games downstairs, we played cards and use the Black chat table. It was such a great time. The host made sure that we were comfortable and communicated very directly and easily. We will definitely be back. It was such a beautiful vacation. Thank you for helping it to be great for us!

70th B-Day on the Lake

the property was fabulous, the location perfect and the owner Jason provided everything we could want and more. The kitchen was great for cooking, high end furniture, and a game room that's amazing. All of the little things-bedding, towels, etc were top-shelf. The family of deer in the front yard and sunsets were an added bonus.A great time was had by all!!!

Great multi-family stay!

This house was perfect for our stay with 4 different families with small children aged 1 - 6. There was plenty of space and activities in the house and around the property with the playground, lake, and trails just a few minutes walk from the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved spending time on the front porch in the rocking chairs looking at the lake and on the screened in porch with the TV and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay and will hopefully be able to visit again some day!

Beautiful location

This was a perfect spot for our family of 16! We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this home, location and area! The lake and park are literally a 2 min walk from the house. You can’t beat this steal! The lake was beautiful and perfect for swimming for the little ones, as well as fishing and kayaking. We rented a boat for the day (5 min down the road) and tubed out on the lake which was well worth it for our big family and then relaxed in the hot tub in the evenings. Our kids took full advantage of the game room and played lots of air hockey and ping pong late in the evenings. The grill works perfect too for evening bbq’s! Spend some time on the porch in the evenings if you can! You’ll get some opportunities to see wildlife! We saw so many deer in the front yard at night while there. Jason was an exceptional host! His home had pretty much everything you could ever need for a week stay. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, dishes, etc. You name it, he probably has it in the home. Highly recommend Jason and his home to anyone looking for a getaway!!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

I have been staying with VRBO for roughly 20 years and without a doubt this home is the most thoroughly and comfortably equipped of any home I’ve ever rented. We were a large family with both seniors and children and the house suited us beautifully. The location was fabulous. It was a beautiful setting off the beaten path, but a very short walk to the lake. Our whole group enjoyed watching the deer each evening on the front lawn. We tended to spend the afternoons at the beach and enjoyed the mostly empty swimming area during the week. The kayaks were great and easy to transport to the lake. We cooked dinners at the house, and it was wonderful to have EVERYTHING we needed to comfortably cook for a crowd. The house was very clean and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were very roomy and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of plush towels. The game room downstairs was perfect for our 6 kids. The bunk beds were great, and were upgraded versions since the photos. Our entire group enjoyed hiking at Burgess Falls, which was an easy drive. Honestly, an absolutely fabulous stay. Communication with the owner was great and check in and check out were super easy.

Beautiful property

As far as the location it was really nice. The house was beautiful and mostly clean but the window seal and blinds in the kitchen were far from clean. The window seal in the kitchen was dirty as well as the blinds. The stove top sure could have used a cleaning. There was cooked on food on the burners. I tried to clean it but didn’t have the proper cleaning product to clean it. Also there were cupcakes in the lazy Susan when we got there as well as empty cartons. We got to the property an hour early and just sat in the car. There were two women standing outside smoking. I know this sounds picky, but we paid a lot to stay in this property and wished the housekeepers would have been a little more conscious with cleaning especially in the kitchen. Would have loved to have access to a broom so I could have swept the kitchen. There were plenty of towels for baths and I did wash dishes towels. We had a large group so washed a lot of dishes. I hope my suggestions won’t prevent anyone from wanting to stay there because besides e kitchen needing a little extra attention, the property was a good fit for our family.
