Enjoy spectacular seasonal views of the surrounding mountains and the Alpine Village! The views are especially magical at night when the village lights glow against the dark. From December through February you can even see Helen’s lighted Christmas trees from the property.
Relax on the screened porch and listen to music drifting from the village below, or settle into the sunroom and take in nature’s beauty through the large picturesque windows. This is a peaceful, convenient retreat right in the heart of Helen.
Prime Location
The Reihenhaus sits at the top of a ridge in downtown Helen, just off Main Street, above City Hall, and on the same street as the Georgia Mountain Coaster. You’re perfectly positioned for all the activities Helen has to offer.
Downtown is only a five-minute walk (with one moderately steep hill on the return) or a quick two-minute drive. While a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area, you can easily enjoy the village on foot if you prefer.

It was our first trip to Helen, GA and our 38th anniversary. Our host Terry was easy to communicate with and our accommodations were more than we expected. We were close to town and all the sites. The home was beautiful and had all the necessities you could ask for. We were even left a sweet treat from the local Hansel and Gretel candy shop from our host that was delicious. Thank you Terry for our wonderful experience. The Moultons.

The place was amazing! The host literally thought of everything. The location was in town, but somewhat private. The beds were extremely comfortable. It had all of the amenities of home. I mean everything. The home was very spacious, yet cozy. It is definitely a place we will visit again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was well maintained and welcoming. Communication with Terry was easy and everything went smoothly. Parking was easy. Proximity to everything was exceptional! Thank you for everything and we will be back!!

Communication with the host was excellent. The property was exactly as described. My friend and I were in Helen for the Balloon Festival and the townhouse was the perfect location to enjoy everything Helen had to offer. No complaints whatsoever. Would stay there again.

Everything was great and clean except for the downstairs bathroom was small. The communication with the owner was outstanding. They kept in touch with you constantly.

My husband and I are both from Georgia and love the Northeast Georgia Mountains. We moved to the area fourteen years ago to be near our cabin rental in Helen, and in 2014, we decided to purchase this additional property for others to enjoy as much as we do.

The Reihenhaus is in downtown Helen overlooking the Alpine Village and is surrounded by the beauty of the mountains which makes it such a peaceful and relaxing area that we very much wanted to own. The view is right outside the sunroom windows and the screen porch.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The main benefit of this home which captured our attention is the fact that you can look down from the ridgetop and view the Alpine Village. It's especially beautiful at night when all of the village lights are glowing in the dark. It's great to watch the balloon races in June, and to hear the music during the long Oktoberfest celebration. We also like the lay-out of the home and especially the sunroom.
