Excellent space in a prime location. Doug and Cathy provide everything to make the trip a relaxing success. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and rocket launches make it unforgettable.

This is such a great place to get away. We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row now. We can’t wait to return. Doug and Kathy are fantastic hosts. The location and accommodations are just right.

We had a wonderful stay at Doug and Cathy's beautiful condo! The rooms are surprisingly spacious, each with its own en suite bathroom. The balcony and the primary bedroom both have beautiful views of the beach. They have a great variety of beach toys and chairs and towels that we took advantage of. The building itself was quiet and we rested well. The kitchen was well-supplied, and I love that the coffee maker had options for k cups or brewing a whole pot of coffee. Doug and Cathy were so welcoming and quickly responded to any message we sent. We visited for only a short weekend to watch a rocket launch (location was also great for this) but will definitely be back again for a longer vacation stay!

Everything you think you need and more. The hosts were amazing and welcoming. Great location for the on site amenities as well as being close to restaurants and shopping!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach chairs and a cooler to use during our stay. The view was wonderful, and we had very easy access to the pool and the beach. I cannot say enough about how kind and communicative our hosts were. We had a great vacation and would stay here again!

Fantastic place for a family of four. The condo is very close to both the beach and the pool and is equipped with everything you need, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. We mostly ate in, and the kitchen has all the cooking essentials we needed to prepare all our meals. The space is very tastefully decorated in a modern beach’y aesthetic and was quite comfortable. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The condo was so clean and the communication was fantastic. The deck overlooked the pool and the beach. The walk to the beach was shorter than we expected! Perfect place to stay!

We had a great time at this property! It has everything you might need. Doug and Cathy were great hosts and were available anytime I had a question. We were steps away from the ocean and they had a closet full of great beach gear! The pool was great and the community was chill and relaxed. We hope to visit this property on our next visit to Cocoa Beach!

Very clean, appears to have been newly remodeled. Very nice place. We went the third week of November, very quiet location, hardly no one on the beach and the weather was perfect. Will definitely consider this location for future stays.

This property is the best! Great oceanfront views, well stocked kitchen, plus lots of extras!! Beach chairs and toys, even sunscreen was available! Easy walkway to ocean! Everything was well maintained or brand new, very clean. The host responded very promptly to any concerns we had. The rocket launches are so easy to see, hear and feel from the balcony!! I will be coming back to this property!!

Nicely located and very comfortable and clean unit. While this unit does not directly face the ocean, it still has a nice view of the beach and the water and easy beach and pool access. We enjoyed the porch and the comfortable furniture both inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. I highly recommend this condo.
It was fun to watch a launch from the space station from the beach.

Awesome place right on the beach

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect! They had everything you could possibly need from cooking to beach gear and wonderful comfy accommodations. Location is perfect and the beach was wonderful. Will definitely return for another vacation!
