Drop your bags and hit the beach! This direct 5th floor oceanfront unit affords panoramic views of the ocean and beach! The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. It is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with new carpet, tile and paint! The living room has a queen size convertible sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, vanity and dressing area with large sunny windows. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV and a pack and play. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer (so pack lightly)!

We provide everything you could possibly need for the beach including umbrellas, beach towels, toys and chairs. Tennis rackets also provided to play on the on-site court.
Please note: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays are required throughout the spring - summer season.

Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay on the beach and enjoy the pool while being one hour from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center, miniature golf, kayaking, the Cocoa Beach Pier, fishing, golfing are a few of the nearby attractions.

Spotless condo on the ocean

This was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants. Highly recommend. The only area of improvement would be to get a new mattress in the master bedroom.

Loved it

We were in Florida for a baby shower and wanted to make something of a mini-vacation out of the trip. This condo turned out to be perfect. It's clean, comfortable, modern, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We especially appreciated the "beachy" yet tasteful decor. Also, the unit is well stocked with just about anything you'll need: chairs, an umbrella, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. As far as location goes, you'll need to drive or get a ride to just about everything, but nothing is that far. (I actually walked to the Publix a few times, which is about a mile away.) In all, we absolutely loved it and plan to stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was our first time to the area and the accommodations were first class. The condo exceeded expectations and we had a wonderful time. Everything about the place was as advertised and more. I would definitely book again with this property owner. 5 stars for sure.

Great stay and great room

The room is a direct ocean view with a nice private balcony, it’s also a nice size property. It is well stocked with things that you need for your trip and a very good sound resistant walls. You don’t hear the neighbors too much. The beach is a good section of the beach. It’s not true crowded as sections to the north are. Also, it’s a good location as it’s close to stores and two restaurants and there’s stuff in walking distance.

Nice Condo on the beach

The condo was very clean. It was easy access to the beach. The pool was nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful, directly on the beach. The owners were very responsive prior to our arrival when I had questions. I highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach

We had a great time staying in this condo. Perfect location, right on the beach. The unit was clean and had everything you could possibly need including the beach equipment. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would book this unit again!

Wonderful!

The property was absolutely pristine! It is so obvious that the owner cares about her property ! It was immaculate! Right on the beach with easy access to the beach! The pool and hot tub were right out the front door and were well maintained and clean. All the residents of the property were kind and helpful! There were restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping ! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean! We were extremely pleased with every aspect of this home!

Great location and nice condo

We had a wonderful time at this property. The place was generally clean and Barbara was very responsive with questions! I would recommend bringing your own pack and play. The provided pack and play had brown spots on all the walls and looked dirty. Luckily, my infant isn't one to lick or press his face onto the walls of his crib. It would have been gross if he did. Pool is heated, but pool and hot tub closed down when the weather was chilly so you can't use either. Grill is not in condo. You need to track down the onsite manager to get it. We didn't bother with it and just cooked with the oven.

Exceptional stsy

We want to come back again to this gorgeous, pristinely clean, and light filled oceanfront condo. We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we walked in. Incredible panoramic views from the balcony and the master bedroom. Exchanges with the owner were promptly answered and very pleasant. Five stars all around.

Excellent Condo

Everything was as advertised. Excellent location, beachfront, all the amenities and a very relaxing home feel. High speed internet, cable etc. other than buying food to cook nothing else is needed. We will always try to book this when we are staying in Cocoa Beach.

Cocoa Beach Space Coast trip

Most clean home we’ve ever stayed at. The view from the balcony was amazing! 100% relaxation and not too crowded. Close to area shops but far enough away to be just right. Loved the layout of the Condo. Again, can’t say enough about how much we appreciated the attention to detail.

Annual family beach trip.

This condo allows you to stay beachfront and enjoy the pool while only being about an hour from Disney and other attractions at Orlando. It is also near Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center and many other attractions. You will fall in love with this town and this condo as we did!

This property has some great amenities including the convenience of a fully equipped renovated kitchen and baths along with a new washer and dryer( so pack lightly). It also has a pack and play if you are travelling with small children like we do! We also provide tennis rackets to play on a private court located on the condo grounds. In addition, we provide everything you may need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys.
