Bridgewater 106 Beautiful Renovated condo in Litchfield by the Sea!

This is a fantastic condo located on the north end of Bridgewater in the gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. It is an updated, oceanfront condo that boasts one bedroom with 1 King sized bed and 1 Double Murphy bed. It features new flat screen TVs, a new table and cabinet under the TV, an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, comfortable furnishings and new appliances, and a new HVAC installed in January 2025.

The indoor pool, locker rooms and outdoor pool deck were completely redone in 2024. Do not miss the opportunity to book this great unit!

Litchfield is located just a 70 mile drive for a historic day trip to Charleston, SC or a 25 mile drive to the attractions of Myrtle Beach. Litchfield by the Sea offers private beach access and beach clubhouse, fishing/crabbing piers, miles of walking trails, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts and more!

This unit does not have a dishwasher in the unit and washer/dryer services are located within the Bridgewater Building on the 2nd floor.

Condo is located on the 1st floor above the parking garage.

This property has a Keurig.

Cozy little condo on a beautiful resort! Had the best views from the balcony! All the resort staff were very friendly also. The only issue we ran into was no coffee for the Keurig and none available from the resort at the posted times, but there is a Starbucks and several other places nearby.Rachel was very helpful when I reached out to reschedule due to an emergency. However, VRBO messaging went to TideLife and I spent days trying to get in contact with Rachel through them before finally getting her direct contact info via VRBO support.

The room was great and the hot tub and pool were both needed because it was colder outside than we expected. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Best place on earth!!! Great location and condo was so nice!

Going to Pawleys Island for the last 35 years and this was a great week! We loved the location right on the beach! We enjoyed the pool and property was gorgeous! We will definitely be renting Rachel’s Retreat ag!

Beautiful Beach

This was the perfect place to stay. It’s got an ocean front view to one of the best beaches on the east coast. Been coming to this area for 20 years and will definitely return.

Just what we needed!

This is our second time at Bridgewater and we will be back! Love the entire property. The beach is close and the lazy river is relaxing. We loved walking and especially riding our bikes. All the trails were paved or cemented. Traffic was bearable and biker friendly. A fantastic vacation!

Spring vacation

A very nice location with a swimming pool near the ocean shore. But a bit small, especially the kitchen which was more like a ship's galley. The bed was very comfortable.

Highly recommend...

We went up for an overnight trip to get a way & the condo was amazing! Plenty of room for 2 plus 2 more. Facilities were clean & well maintained!

Great location and experience

The property was just as described. Plenty of room for our family and very clean. Only recommendation would be to add pots and pans. Only one of each made it difficult to cook. Other than that it was great!

Only drawback is very small kitchen which is fine for preparing quick breakfasts and lunches but not really set up for cooking elaborate dinners. Many take-out and dine-in options though.
