Great experience at Coastal Calm! The place was extremely clean and located right on the beach. Kristen made the check in/out process super easy. We’ve stayed at similar places in Bridgewater and this was by far the best! Perfect weekend getaway trip to the beach and would definitely stay here again!

Bright and cheery condo in a great location and pretty view. Very comfortable and easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen was well appointed. Registration was easy. Many walks on the beach and marsh area.

We love this location. We’ve stayed at Bridgewater before and will definitely be returning to Kristin’s unit. Towels, bed linens and beach towels were brand new and perfect. Everything that you needed for a wonderful stay was included. Kristin even arranged for a week of beautiful weather!

We have visited this community for 30 yrs & Kirstin is the best host! Responsive and thoughtful. Condo wonderful, view outstanding. Welcomed us with a box of various snacks and bottled water. We hope to stay again soon.

Listing stated two queen beds. Room actually had two double beds. When I messaged owner she ignored the error and refused to offer any compensation. She has now corrected the listing to show two double beds. This is false advertising and illegal.

There was a miscommunication regarding the bed sizes, and we were happy to address or accommodate the concern when it was raised. However, we do require communication to remain respectful. Unfortunately, instead of working collaboratively, the interaction became challenging, and the matter was escalated to Vrbo for review to ensure a fair and documented resolution. I do not respond to threats, bullying, or condescending tones. Asking me if I can read is not appropriate. Kindness and understanding goes a long way. We remain committed to providing a positive experience and appreciate all guest feedback. Thank you!

The property was very clean, great location and view, furniture was comfortable. The host was very nice and responsive. Having said that, we had no idea that the property did not have central AC (wall units in the bedroom and living space), plus no dishwasher or garbage disposal. There were no items we could use to wash and dry our dishes except for paper towels; no sponge, pot scrubber, or dish towels. We went out and got dish towels. The kitchen is a narrow hallway between the bedroom and the living area, making it difficult for two people to be in there at one time. One walks into the bedroom directly off of an outdoor, open walkway overlooking the parking lot. We never opened our blinds. We were expecting a more up to date vacation rental at the price we paid in the off season.

I do want to note that the listing photos and description show the wall A/C units and mention that there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal, but I completely understand how those details can be missed when booking. I also appreciate your note about the dishwashing supplies — I will add additional sponges and dish towels to make future stays more convenient. As I mentioned during our correspondence, we’re planning some updates to the property during the off-season to make the space even more enjoyable. I also offered a discounted rate for a future stay, and I’d be happy to extend that again should you decide to return. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for staying with us.

**The perfect getaway — we'll absolutely be back!**This space was absolutely perfect for our girls trip spanning three generations — grandmother, daughter, and granddaughter. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The space was immaculate, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together.The location was so convenient. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The amenities were wonderful and truly made our stay feel special. Kirstin was an incredibly responsive host throughout the entire week, which made everything seamless and stress-free.We already can't wait to come back next year. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed getaway. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!
