Pelican Walk 401 is UNDER REMODEL! All NEW kitchen and NEW bathrooms with custom tile showers for 2025! Also, NEW costal décor for 2025! NEW Pictures coming April 2025!

Pelican Walk 401 is a BEACH Front 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath end unit condo located on the 4th floor. Unit 401 is PET FRIENDLY allowing you to bring you FURRY family member on vacation! There is a two-dog maximum per condo and a 20lb limit per dog. Pelican Walk HOA charges a $150 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. As a THANK YOU for booking Pelican Walk 401, the owner has included FREE Beach Chair and Umbrella service seasonally March through October! (Valued at a $50 per day savings vs renting them through the beach vendor on the beach!)

This updated condo is perfect for families with fur-babies! The living area and dining areas offer lovely beach and Gulf views. The Gulf Front wrap-around balcony is the perfect spot to watch kids play in the east side pool or sit and relax! Pelican Walk 401 has a king bed in the master bedroom and features an adjoining Master Bath with Tub & Shower combo and a private balcony. The the second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has two full size beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The Kitchen is fully equipped, all linens are provided, and there is a washer & dryer in the condo! Dining out? Just across the street is Gypsea Crepes and Waffle House! PCB's local hot spots; Hershey's Beach Ice Cream, Schooners, Capt. Jack's Crab Leg's Buffet, and Captain Anderson's are all just 1-2 miles away. Pelican Walk's location is convenient to Family, Fun, fishing, mini-golf, race-cars, etc.!

Pelican Walk is located Right on the GULF of Mexico! Guest have access to two private pools, two outdoor grilling areas, FREE Wifi, FREE parking, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, racquetball, a unique hot tub atrium, and more.

Could be a nice place

Mold in the bathroom (which I cleaned some of it up myself); did not feel safe in the neighborhood; there was no security at any time. Gates to the beach were left open, no codes needed. The dog walk area is a good distance from the condo. The washer broke down. Help was sent immediately upon our contact. The smaller bathroom could use some better lighting. We found the "smart" tv's were not so smart. Even our techy son could not get them working correctly. We found it strange that the 2 master suites shared a bathroom. Never have seen that before! In the long run, our grands had a grand time & that is what was most important. However, I doubt we'll stay at this particular location again.

Only is the socket is loose, i cant plug in my iphone plug cable. Sockets in master bedroom need to be updated... overall is good Thank You Pelican Walk - it is our second time staying here 🥰 greatful for the stay!!

Great location but not the best condo

Pelican Walk #401

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was ok. Beautiful pictures. Needed more pots and pans. All the walls needed painting. Sheetrock work that was done prior to our visit was not painted over. You really can’t see but a piece of the ocean from our balcony. The small 1st bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and mold around the top of the shower wall. The room overall was good. It served its purpose. It accommodated my family. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked amazing. I would stay at Pelicans Walk again but I would stay in the center of the building so I could see all the ocean. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Very spacious Room

Needs a few updates

Balcony furniture is ok but really need the taller chairs out there. Kitchen could use a few extra things for cooking again kinda dirty. We will be back but will try a different room.

Needed a place large enough to accommodate ourselves and our daughter and family. To bring our dog was a bonus. The apartment was perfect, the furniture comfy, seating for all at the dining room table, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen. The pools were immaculently maintained. And I don't know what they use for chemicals but I did not react nor smell any. It was great having pools when the gulf was too rough. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. The place was well maintained. And I felt totally safe if I needed to go out at night with the dog. Thanks for making this special destination vacation flawless for us.

Nice but dirty

Maybe I'm just TOO Old ..?

Unit 402 has terrible "unit cleaners!" The floors hadn't been cleaned all that well -- some sand still there from previous renters? -- nor did it appear the linens had been changed -- there were hairs and grit on one bed, sand on others. The Unit smelled nice! Coffee Pot stopped working after one use. Toaster burnt the food at the lowest setting. The worst TV setup was in the living room. Bedrooms had nice TV setups! Living room furniture was pretty uncomfortable, even though it looked nice. The unit has no sunset view -- one of the things I happen to LOVE about Florida. Upon arrival, I was told the unit wasn't ready. They said it would be 45 minutes. They'd call. 4 hours later, I went back to the office and was told, "that's a privately owned unit and they had no information on it." They couldn't have told me this when we arrived? I was so ready and glad to be home!

Extremely easy check in process. The room was as advertised. Extremely well kept and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was great. Gorgeous views. Short distance from the beach. Management was extremely responsive to inquiries/requests. We will definitely stay here again.
