Smoky Mountain Dreaming – Your basecamp above Gatlinburg! This top-floor Summit condo puts you high in the Smokies with jaw-dropping views of Mt. LeConte, Ober Gatlinburg’s slopes, and the twinkling city below. After exploring trails, shops, and attractions, relax in comfort with a view from every room. Sleeps up to six guests, including infants. Please note: no elevator access, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns. Per community rules, pets are not permitted.
Refundable Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for your stay. For your convenience and security, the deposit is securely collected through Hospitable 2 days before check in and returned 2 days after checkout, provided no damages occur.

Such a great place! Perfect getaway. The host is so efficient and helpful. We enjoyed the little balcony and saw sunrises, smoky clouds over the mountains as well as a complete double rainbow! Lovely stay.

Honestly everything overall was so satisfying and great I can't pin point anyone thing without possibly missing something, but the place was amazing and the host gave awesome ideas and was very informative. 10/10 would stay again.

Had a blast, condo was exactly as promised, balcony had gorgeous views, loft bedroom had sunrise mornings that greeted me with plenty of slow natural light, and the location was convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Curvy mountain roads were no challenge.

Property was spotless. Beautiful view! There are stairs you need to take to get up to the floor so just be aware of that. Great experience staying there.

First trip to Tennessee! Amazing condo..amazing host and breath taking views! The initial drive up to the condo was definitely curvy steep mountain roads-but so worth it! After that initial drive- it was a great place to escape the crowds in town and easy to navigate. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about our stay. Very clean and stocked with all of the basic needs. This was such a cozy place to stay. If you are looking for mountain views this is the place to stay!

This property is very far up in the mountain and the roads are steep but the most amazing view. We even saw 2 bears on the property. One walked right behind the condo!

The home has beautiful views, is well stocked, and very comfortable. The drive to the home follows traditional mountain roads, which can be a little intimidating, but the location is great. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was beautifully maintained. All descriptions were accurate. My son loved the spiral stairs to the loft. We watched the sunrise over the mountains every morning from the balcony. Check in process was a breeze. We had the best time.

We are from the Middle TN area and have loved visiting Gatlinburg for years! We purchased and renovated this condo July 2020 and continue making updates. We are excited to be able to call a mountain condo our own. We plan on spending a lot of time here enjoying the Smoky Mountains and making family memories.

#1 The VIEW! #2 the amenities with the condo complex, indoor pool and hot-tubs year round! Plus an outdoor pool, playground, and grilling area. The complex is well maintained and is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. 3# Though compact the condo layout is very functional and feels roomy with a lot of character.
