We recently visited Gatlinburg and enjoyed our stay at Downtown Creekside IV. The unit was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Everyday we took the short walk downtown to enjoy the restaurants and attractions in Gatlinburg. We also were conveniently located to have a short drive down the parkway to go to Dollywood and other spots in Pigeon Forge.

This is a beautiful property within walking distance of Main Street but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Charles was very easy to communicate with, making the check-in and checkout process very easy. This is a great location if you are visiting the Smokey Mountains National Park.

Everything was great. Only thing wish they had was local channels, like to keep tabs on local weather. Last night loud people outside till around 12:30, but that's not owner fault

Our family had a wonderful stay. The condo was immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. It’s a short walk to downtown gatlinburg but far enough away to feel restful.

This is walkable to everything you need if you want to avoid parking fees, and a nice place to stay. You will see bears; we saw two! Save the bottom room for deep sleepers and the top floor for your young ones. The spiral staircase is trickier for anyone above 60. The owners or management company are nice and get back to you pretty quickly.Oh, the screened-in porch is very nice for coffee in the morning or relaxing at night, and that is how we saw the bears.

We loved the location! The townhouse was well appointed, except for trash bags and toilet paper. They only provided one trash bag. Also, we texted the number provided and never received a response. The primary suite over looks a brightly lit carport, whose lights shine into the room. The blinds are not sufficient, soI hung up the spare sheets in the closet over it. Otherwise, the townhouse was very nice and had everything we needed.

Everything we provide is listed in your listing, check in guide, and rental agreement. We provide a starter set of toiletries, trash bags etc. which is industry standard for our area. We provide clear direction regarding back up numbers and multiple emails and a direct line which you receive a text message from that is always monitored. Sorry if we missed a message on one of our lines. As noted, if you cannot reach out use the on-call numbers provided for this generally is not an issue for us. This was our 5th year to stay in this complex, and second time in this unit. It is so perfectly situated near the strip and the convention center! The unit is exactly as listed. Anyone going to the main level should be able to navigate a staircase. Everything is clean and comfortable and the price is right!
