We enjoyed the property and location. It's only a few minutes away from all of our favorite things to go in the area. The property is as described. I would choose to stay again.

Absolutely lovely

Loved the condo. Loved the location. No hassle-no loud neighbor. We enjoyed spending time in the condo as much as we did at the beach. Would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! The condo is in an excellent area very close to the beach. The pool was great after a long day at the beach. Condo was stocked with everything we needed, very clean and the beds are comfy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

This condo was perfect. Lynne was a very compassionate caring host. We were coming from hurricane Helene and this was the perfect stay. Condo is in a great location to the beach and restaurants. It had everything we needed and very clean. Easy to get in and out of without a lot of stairs. We will definitely return. Thank you Lynne.

Love this condo. Our second year here. Great location and quiet atmosphere. Owner very attentive to needs and requests ( suggested Keurig and was there when we arrived. ) she also provides lots of extras for her renters.

Tranquil and restful condo

The condo is in a great location. Close to beaches, restaurants, town, fort clinch, etc. It has a huge screened in porch wrap around facing greenspace. Beds comfortable, nice layout, plush towels, kitchen fully equipped. Nice extras: Gallon of water and snacks. Would highly recommend.

Beach Trip

We love staying in Amelia Landing. The development is quiet and convenient to the beach. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was closed all week. Our host informed us of the closure as soon as she could. She even helped find alternative pool options for us, which I appreciate. It was still a great vacation!

Amelia Landing Azalea Porch

My wife and I along with her sister/brother-in-law enjoyed a perfect week in Unit 10B at Amelia Landings. This first floor unit was perfect for 2 retired couples. The unit was exactly as shown and the screened porch was larger and more comfortable than expected. The early warmth meant we gazed from the porch onto a beautiful bed of blooming azaleas. The location is perfect. The porch is very private. A short 10 minute stroll takes you to the beach at the end of Sadler. Several dining places and an ice cream shop are minutes away by foot. The Amelia Island greenway is accessed just across the street. Everything in the unit was comfortable and convenient. Lynn was a gracious host and replied to any queries that we had. We will return to Amelia Landings for sure.

Ideal Spot for Our Family To Relax

Met family there for long weekend. Wanted a place to sit back, catch up and just enjoy each other's company. This property gave us that. Amelia Landings is a quiet nicely maintained complex. It is somewhat secluded by natural landscaping off a main highway which makes it quiet and peaceful. And additional plus is the way the complex is designed there is adequate parking close to units. Several restaurants are near, as is the beach. I'm guessing a half mile one way. Two of us that walk daily for exercise walked to these points with no problem even pulling a wagon with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Two in the group opted to drive to same points. The unit is on the first floor and our group thought it was nicely maintained and comfortably furnished. The screened in back porch offered a nice place to relax and converse. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen offered utensils to prepare basic meals. Lynn our hostess was very attentive and responded to my questions promptly.. At arrival there was an issue with the TV/internet that she resolved immediately once it was brought to her attention. Our group of four enjoyed our stay. We would definitely reserve this unit again if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks Lynn!

Great condo! Clean, bright, nicely furnished. It has an amazing screened in porch that is huge. There are tables, sofa, chairs and you can relax watching the birds... i would highly recommend this place!
