This place was perfect. Beach was right across the street. Pool was beautiful. The host was on target with everything.Definitely would stay again

Great location! We loved the quick walk to the pool and beach. It was in walking distance to the pier, ice cream, and restaurants. My only complaint was the grill was not worth trying to use which made it hard to cook the steaks and pork chops we brought with us and the knives need an upgrade. I usually purchase a bunch of fruit on vacation but decided against that because the knives were so bad.

Our family just returned from a great week at Surf City. The townhouse is closer to the beach than we anticipated and was very clean. The community was wonderful and everything was within walking distance. Both decks had a direct view of the ocean between the houses and it sits on s shore drive which is a less traveled road.

Beach Stay

We spent a week here with family and grandparents. The condo was furnished with what was needed and felt homey. The accuracy of amenities and furnishings is spot on. Inclusion of little things like dish soap and laundry detergent make the stay that much better. Definitely recommend a stay here if you're looking.

Great!

This was a great rental for the week, close little walk to the beach, nice and clean. Had zero problems, and had a great time. Would definitely rent again.

Wanted to be near the beach and this was the perfect location. Entry was just on the other side of the complex. Beach is beautiful and pretty quiet. Shopping and restaurants all around. Went canoeing at a local place 2 min down the road. Able to park right under unit so no worrying about having to walk a ways or even getting a spot.

Lovely Labor Day Stay

We had a great time at the townhome. The location was great and the rooms were good for us. We did have to change out the smoke detector battery as it was beeping at us when we first got there. Otherwise, everything was good. We'd likely stay again.

Reunion

The property was very clean and accessible to the beach and Surf City. Walking distance to the wetlands boardwalk by Kenneth Bates Family Park, which is a must see. The beds were very comfortable and townhouse was stocked with the items we needed. Any time I needed to communicate with the property manager, they replied immediately. The 5 stars is deserved.

The property was a good fit for our family of four and provided a convenient location for our stay. The kitchen essentials were very basic, so I would recommend bringing some of your own items if you plan to cook or spend much time in the condo. For example, there were only three drinking glasses for the entire condo, and the coffee maker was a single-cup model, which wasn’t ideal for us since we prefer making a full pot.One thing to be aware of if you’re traveling with young children is that the upstairs flooring has some significant gaps between the boards, which could potentially be an issue for little feet.The condo is a very short walk to the beach, which was a major convenience. However, our arrival information did not mention that a key fob was required to access the beach boardwalk and pool. We had to figure that out after attempting to walk to the beach, so clearer instructions ahead of time would have been helpful.Overall, if convenience and proximity to the beach are your priorities, this is a great location. The amenities and kitchen supplies were somewhat lacking, but overall, it was a decent option for our family of four.

Great location!

Great location, great rental property! We would rent again! My only complaint is the kitchen. The kitchen is beautiful but not stocked well for cooking. It was challenging as a family who cooks a lot with limited kitchen tools. Pack knives,(we had to cut a watermelon with small steak knife) must have kitchen gadget, your favorite pan/pot, and would recommended purchasing disposable casserole type to cook or store meals in.

24 Graduation

The beach here is awesome. The property is nice setup with stairs (harder for toddler). This unit was not cleaned when we got there. Two people came in and cleaned but it needed a deep clean and top blankets needed washed. The unit needs minor attention to fix it projects but otherwise it is okay for a rental. We had a good stay.

We are glad to hear you had a nice vacation. We’ve addressed the mistake made by the cleaners and have hired a new cleaning company that does a thorough job. All the items you mentioned have also been repaired or replaced. We hope to host you again in the future.
