Exactly as listed, beautiful property in a fantastic location… especially if utilizing the conference center. Upscale furniture and bedding, gorgeous decorations, plenty of supplies for your stay.

Great location in Panama City Beach

This is an awesome villa in a great location. Quite and tucked away with a beautiful pond view, and less than a 10 min walk to the beach.

Excellent choice for a beach vacation

The condo was as described. Plenty of room for the three of us. Huge pool. Even had a beach cart to take your supplies if you don’t have one. Very comfortable beds. Short stroll to the pool/ beach area. Even have tram service if walking ain’t your thing. Location is great with everything you need in a short drive. Would come back again without a doubt

Great place to stay!

Loved our stay here. It was conveniently located near the convention center so we could easily walk to it for our event and super easy to get to the beach. It was peaceful sitting on the patio watching the ducks, turtles, geckos, water fountain, etc. The pools are really nice and the beach is very close. Loved the fact that parking was right in front of the villa making it super easy to load and unload. Wish there was a curtain/door of some sort to block the light from the master bathroom sink area when getting ready in the morning so it didn't disturb the person still sleeping in the master bedroom. Other than that everything was great!! It had pots, pans, utensils, salt/pepper, etc. needed to make home cooked meals. Best stocked place I've ever stayed at. We typically bring ice cream scoopers, can openers, etc because so many places don't have them or they are terrible. It was not needed here - everything was terrific! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent villa for family stay.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Also, well equipped with everything that you need. Just need to buy groceries and enjoy. I highly recommend it.
