Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom condo unit at Emerald Beach! This unit features gorgeous tile flooring throughout and is well-appointed and tropical. The soothing sound of the crashing waves of the Gulf of Mexico compliments an atmosphere of sophistication and charm.

As you enter this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath home on the 20th floor be prepared for some of the most amazing views on the beach. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the living area ensures you won't miss a sunrise or sunset while vacationing here. The living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, and ample seating for the entire family. The formal dining area and breakfast bar seating mean that everyone can enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes upgrades like granite countertops, high-end appliances, a washer-dryer (for added convenience), and every culinary tool you will need to serve up creative, fresh coastal delicacies.

We had a great time during our stay at Emerald Beach. It was me and 2 of my girlfriends for a girls trip. Loved the location as we were able to walk to several places for dinner and entertainment. The property manager was easy to communicate with and had a quick response time with any questions or concerns we had.

Amazing!

This unit was exactly as advertised! We were we there 6 days and had a blast! Clean condo, safe parking, easy access to restaurants and shops! My family and I will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Awesome property! Elevators are fast with no real wait time. The condo is nice and the view is great! They had live music almost nightly. Great location. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

Much needed mini vacation.

My husband and I needed to get away. We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay than this beautiful condo. The location was great, in the middle of everything. The most amazing view, we could have sit on that balcony forever. We would love to go back. Thank you for a great mini vacation.

Great property

Condo is very nice. The check in process was not clear and navigating the complex was left to our own devices. Parking left a little to be desired as the main parking ramp was closed.

Beautiful beach escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the start it was a wonderful experience. Unit was comfortable and was easy to make our home away from home. We were notified of anything we needed to know. Due to a storm we were notified of the pools being closed. Also no guessing on pass codes on garage and condo. Any questions were answered by a very friendly person Brian.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived in Panama City early so we decided to do a little shopping to make sure the cleaning crew had enough time to finish. We arrived at the condo right at check in time and every was ready for us. The condo was clean and had a very pleasant smell when we arrived. Everything was just as described in the listing. We had no problems the entire time but did receive several text from the company letting us know they were there to help if needed. I will definitely check their availability next time we book.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are accurate. They were working on the elevators while we were there but having stayed at this building a few times this upgrade is welcomed. Once they are done the elevators shouldn’t be an issue like they were on our stay. The unit needs to put transition stripes in at the entry of the bedrooms. We cut our feet a few times before we just placed towels over the transitions. Other than that the space was as advertised.

Overall very nice

I’ve stayed at this resort a lot as I have time share points here. I have done Vrbo twice now. The room was as expected but there were a few issues. Some dishes were put away with food on them. The ice maker dispenser was clogged and even though I was able to get a quick reply from management about getting work order submitted, no one ever showed up. They told me today after I texted on my way out of town that they were “backed up.” The beds are horribly firm and uncomfortable. I ended up dragging the sofa mattress in to put on top of the bed. Much better that way. The screen doors to the balcony didn’t work, either. Place was very clean and otherwise very comfy. Easy to get to the unit, very nice LARGE balcony as this is an end unit. Having beach chairs included was a nice perk.

Excellent Beachfront Condo

Unit 2025 was a great unit. We were high above the water and had great views for our entire week. The unit is a little outdated (coil burner stove) but it did have all the creature comforts of home...even a crockpot! We had an issue with the refrigerator (previous occupants had turned the temp ALL THE WAY up and it froze all of our food) and they offered to come and fix it right away. The response time was fantastic for any of our questions. The bed in the master was comfortable and the linens that were provided were great quality. The building is a bit older and there were issues with the elevators (we almost got stuck on the 18th floor with one of them!!!) The pools were a great respite from the heat of the beach. Speaking of the beach....my favorite beaches to visit on the the panhandle of Florida and it didn't disappoint. Having two chairs and an umbrella complimentary made all the difference in how often we went to the beach area.

Dated and stinks

Check in was at 4:00pm, after unloading our belongings I get a phone call that I have to change rooms because of a washing machine issue at 3:55pm, no biggie I get it. The "new" room had dirty and stained up couches, the carpet in the master and second room was DISGUSTING and caused the entire room to have a God awful smell! The master bed was like sleeping on concrete and the windows were very dirty! This init has the potential to be a very nice condo if these issues were fixed. It could rent for a lot more as well! I've stayed at this resort several times and the actual "Wyndham" units are top notch, I guess you get what you pay for.

Fall break

Nothing impressive, just my typical rental. Pros of the rental: 1. Nice view 2. Plenty of towels 3. Communication with rental co. was good Cons of the rental: 1. Coffee maker was missing from the unit so the first morning we had to leave to get coffee from a convenience store. I notified the owner and a maker was delivered around 11 am that day. They brought a cheap 5 cup maker to suffice a condo that was for 8 people. 2. The hot water heater isn’t strong enough to fill up the master bathtub 3. Elevators were slow 4. The entire building just seemed old and musty, especially when walking thru the breezeway and skybar. 5. Parking and getting to and from the vehicle was a hassle. Overall, it was mediocre. I wouldn’t stay at this condo again but it wasn’t just terrible either. The unit seemed cleaned, just outdated. The pools are not close to the unit at all either.

Great stay

What a great place to stay! So clean and comfortable. The pool and tiki bar were so fun. It was a little confusing finding the pools and especially our way from the parking garage to our room but once we figured it out, everything was great!

Great Vacation!

We loved our stay and had absolutely no issues. The area is safe and family friendly. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful views of the coast. We enjoyed the pool and the beach, beach chairs and umbrella being included is amazing especially when you have kids who want to be at the beach all day.

Fun at the Beach

We stayed at this condo for the month of February / 25. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach. Emerald Beach condos are in a good location for everything, except proximity to golf courses. There are two golf courses nearby. One is in perpetually poor condition & over crowded, the other is way overpriced for an average course. If golfing is something that you would like to do on your vacation, this is not the area to stay in.As for the condo, it is sort of as depicted in the photos. Nice views & sunsets from the balcony. Cleanliness was good & we found the beds comfortable. But the condo is in need of some TLC. Rugs in the bedrooms are frayed (especially at the bedroom entrances & should be replaced), all the faucets are loose & dated. As reported in previous reviews, the patio door needs some work (only one side was functional & the patio door screens were stuck so we didn't try to move them. The hide-a-bed couch is not comfortable to sit on. I guess most of the cheaper ones aren't. The dehumidifier is very loud (think it may need to be replaced). The screws on the door hinges to access the furnace room were loose making the door awkward to open & close. Guests need to access the furnace room to get to the laundry room.The refrigerator broke down & needed to be replaced during our stay. We were given a small fridge immediately as a replacement. A week later they replaced the broken fridge with a new full sized fridge.
