While at Escondido 2343/2355 Retreat enjoy wonderful red rock views from these newly built, neighboring townhomes, in the rural area outside of Washington City. Together, the homes consist of 10 bedrooms / 8 bathrooms and can sleep up to 46 guests. Keep all of your loved ones close, and have the convenience of being right next door to each other. Perfect for family reunions, corporate trips, or any large group coming to Southern Utah. These homes are only a few miles from I-15, so you can experience all Southern Utah has to offer without having to travel far.

Within both beautifully modern homes, you will find a fully stocked kitchen and BBQ grill outside, providing plenty of room for group dining. Take a trip around the neighborhood on the scooters, and play Pickleball at the Community court. If you want to spend the day indoors, challenge each other to a game on the Nintendo Switch or play a few rounds of Shuffleboard. Each home comes equipped with a Highchair and a Port-a-crib so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.

This newly built 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom home, can comfortably accommodate 20 guests, with sleeping arrangements for 23. When you do muster the energy to start your day, a fully equipped kitchen awaits and provides the opportunity to cook a big breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you decide you'd like to barbecue, there is a grill on the back patio for you to use. This home is packed with amenities to entertain everyone! Hang out in the temperature-controlled garage equipped with a 75" TV and scooters. Watch a movie on one, or all of the 8 Smart TVs included in this home. If you are traveling with little ones, there is no need to bring a Highchair, Port-a-crib, or step stool, because this house has it all! The kids will love sleeping in the bunk room with 6 double beds. Charge your electric car right in the garage with the EV charger. Whether you want a relaxing vacation or a fun-filled trip, Escondido 2343 has everything you could want and more!

Great location & plenty of space!

We had a church group who went to visit Zion National park - the location and the homes were in perfect condition for us to spend time there. Greatly recommended for your next trip. The owner was very responsive and it was easy to follow all the given directions.

Very Good

The space was awesome and my kids loved the pool area. The only thing I didn't like is the floors made our feet or socks black. We always took off our shoes when we came in but the floors were dirty.

The homes were very clean upon our arrival. Most of the items were in proper working order. Beautiful bathrooms. The 2 electric bikes need to have their brakes fixed. When we started to use them, the brakes were depleted. The size of the bedrooms were really large. Having multiple TV's was a hit with the kids. The houses were able to maintain a nice temperature from the A/C. Wifi was strong although the system in 2343 would not allow anyone to sign in. So we used the system in 2355 for both houses and that seemed to work for everyone. The staff was quick to respond to my questions. Thanks a bunch.
