Beautiful 3-Story home with multi level decks, all with water views! This home is within walking distance to restaurants, blocks away from the boat docks, with so much close by! Beach access, Dune rentals and riding within 2 miles. The Umpqua Lighthouse & Museum is a popular attraction that is just one of many spots to visit right down the road! To top it off: World class fishing! (The ramp can be seen from the living room).

Very clean, extremely well-equipped kitchen. Quiet area with dining options within walking distance. Note, steep steps to access.

Nice house in the great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this family friendly house with 3 spacious bedrooms. Everything is in a good order and works as intended. Stairs could be challenging for seniors or folks with special needs.

Great Experience

Had an absolutely wonderful time, house was great. Nice kitchen plenty of space for our family, including son & daughter in-law and 4-grandchildren. Walking distance to the boat launch, restaurants & shops.

Family Memorial gathering

We loved the house. The location was central between the sand dunes recreation playground and the memorial in Coos Bay. The home had a fabulous kitchen area, three bathrooms, and an amazing view over the docks. This is a gem.

NIGHT LIGHTS OF WINCHESTER BAY, OREGON

We have driven by this home for many years. We were happy to see we could rent it and enjoy the night lights of Winchester Bay. Just be prepared for stairs, inside and out! We are artists and writers and enjoyed the huge sculpture, the rock walls and so much more. Good time!

Ladies Fishing Trip

This was our 5th time staying here. We love the home, location, and view. Check in is very easy and the kitchen is well stocked. A few recommendations: windex or other glass cleaner for table and counter tops because of streaking when using provided Clorox wipes or dish cloth; clearer garbage directions - can has previously been in kennels and this time believe it was down at the road; complete decking around the hot tub. One of our guests stepped thinking the decking surrounded the hot tub and fell in the deep hole. She could have been seriously injured; we were unsure what temperature to leave the hot tub upon departing - we left it at the temperature it was at arrival.

Coastal vacation

My family and friends of ours went to the coast to ride sise by sides. The house was a great location close to atv rentals, fishing, ocean, shopping, dining pretty much everything youd want in a rental. This house was perfect for us!!

We had a wonderful time. Matt did a great job answering our questions. Fantastic response time. We can’t wait to go back. We will definitely be booking this home again when we return to Winchester! Winchester bay getaway.

The view was awesome from the third floor living area. Very clean updated kitchen. We were surprised by the very steep stairway entry to the front door. It took a while transporting all of the supplies to the unit. Other then that thumbs up 👍

Perfect spot!

Loved this property! We were visiting family camping in Windy Cove, and this was perfect for us. Home was clean, and our bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the beautiful view and the privacy. Didn’t hurt that the weather was incredible!! We would love to book this house again.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and parts of the house were recently updated. Stairs into house are quite steep and narrow but those were shown in the listing. Overall great place.

Gorgeous place; great view

House is even prettier than in the photos. Beautiful kitchen includes bonus lighted wine fridge. Well-appointed bathrooms; very nice fixtures/finishes. Main bedroom has nice ceiling fan, separate deck & attached bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower. Easy walk to bay front dining. House is not for those with limited mobility, though - very high & steep stairs to the front door. Thanks, Matt, for your great hospitality.

Relaxing rental

Spacious and clean property! We had a relaxing time with friends and family with lots of things to do nearby. Appreciate having lots of towels and a clean hot tub available. Would definitely recommend!
