This comfortable and accommodating 1,400 sq ft home includes 3 bedrooms and two full baths, full kitchen and laundry room.
1 King Master Suite with private bathroom and sliding glass doors to the back deck and hot tub.
1 Queen Guest Room with large windows looking out over the Umpqua River where it meets the Pacific Ocean.
1 Bunk room featuring 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total).
The kitchen is spacious and up to date with new stove/range and top of the line fridge/freezer. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for any size family!
Full laundry room / wet room with provided detergents and softeners for your stay.
Relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the stunning unobstructed 180 degree views and epic coadtal sunsets.
BBQ on the grill out on the patio or gather around the backyard firepit.
Well furnished in a fun beach motif with all the comforts you would find in your own home! Come experience our slice of paradise for yourself.

We had such a blast in this beautiful house in the windy bay! The views were absolutely breathtaking from every room in the house! The price was such a bargain and I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Winchester Bay, the dune access was close and we even walked down to the pier and caught some crab! We can't wait to return to this gem in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved the ride in/ride out access to the dunes! The view is stunning! If the weather had been better we would have had an incredible sunset. Everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Our only issue was having enough hot water for everyone’s showers- but we had several teenagers with us and that could also have impacted that :) We would stay here again!

The view is what makes this property. Although it is time for some property updates. The house is way outdated for what they are charging. (main bathroom, deck and heaters) We could not get the living room heaters to turn off and made it pretty toasty. We would stay there again for the view.

Quiet Ocean Getaway
Had a wonderful stay here! Thoroughly enjoyed the ocean views and nightly sunsets in the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot and view! The house itself was great, there wasn’t a ton of activities to do in town for toddlers. But we made the best of our visit!

We have been renting our Vacation Rental for five years. We enjoy having guests from around the Northwest and beyond. We want our place to be your home away from home, so we have decorated the rooms in a beach theme. Our hope is that we provide everything you need for your vacation time.

This home is on a half an acre up on a hill with scenic ocean and Umpqua river views. It is extremely private with front and back grass lawn and outdoor eating area, firepit and hot tub! It has easy access to the beach and dunes for riding walking and enjoying all the area has to offer.

This property is close to the Oregon Dunes, Lake Marie, Umpqua River and historic Umpqua Lighthouse. Our property is ride in ride out for the most epic dunes on the west coast complete with sand trail leading from the house to lighthouse road.
