Really enjoyed the stay. Was able to walk to the restaurants and store. Home was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

My family stayed at their property in South Park. It was clean, well-kept, and had a beautiful view. It was perfect for our family of 8 (including 4 kids and 2 grandparents). It was a great location being close to downtown, Balboa Park, the zoo, beaches, and just under a 15 min drive to the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. We would stay here again :)

The bed arrangement appeared to have been changed from the listing, leaving one child sleeping on a brought-from-home cot in parent's bedroom , and we were unable to use the tv, otherwise everything was very clean with pleasant decor and surroundings. We didnt contact the host, as we had a very full agenda for the 2 days.

Great location & view!

We had a great stay at this property. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to South Park restaurants. Beautiful view off back deck!

Great spot to stay

great spot to stay with very nice outside patio area, middle bedroom was kinda small and felt like more of a hallway since it led to the master in the back but besides that no complaints

Overall we enjoyed our stayed and found the house to be in a great location. The only reason we are giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the comfort of the beds. We found the beds to be very uncomfortable and the bed frame of the king bed very noisy.

Great home, great location

Property was conveniently located. Everywhere we went to San Diego was under 20 minutes away. View from back patio was great.

The property was very clean and nicely furnished. It had just the right amount of space for the 8 of us, never felt crowded. The patio is very nice, we very much enjoyed our morning coffee out there. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great Location, Quiet Neighborhood

This property was really nice. Centrally located in San Diego with easy access to freeways and stores. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and the view from the balcony was lovely.

The perfect place to explore San Diego!

My family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home had every amenity we needed and was clean and comfortable. The deck out back offers beautiful views of the city and it's a peaceful quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

Great Stay

Great location. Everything was clean and comfy. The master is down a couple deep steps so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. But everything else was great!

Here for graduation. Space was good 3 bedrooms two baths but one bedroom is converted garage space so configuration is a bit awkward as you can access one bedroom from outside or through another bedroom. Also laundry located outside the house.

Great South Park Location

This house has an amazing walkable location while still being very quiet and peaceful. We loved the back patio overlooking the canyon. Overall a very nice house but a major con were the king and queen beds. They were ridiculously creaky - like loud screeching sounds every time you get in, out, or move around in bed. Given the price and quality of rest of the property, they need to replace these beds ASAP!

Location, location, location!

Central to everything we wanted to do: every time we mapped a route it was a 15-minute drive. Fantastic view over a small canyon made the back patio feel private. Slightly awkward access to 3rd bedroom. Could use more silverware. No sign or smell of previous pet guests. Ample parking on a quiet street, which was good as we had an F150 4-door. Driveway on the small side. If Balboa Park's attractions are on your to-do list, this is the house for you.

Great place in South Park

The house was exactly as described. The property manager was great with communication and was really forthcoming with information, I only had one question during the 7 days we were there. They provided a LOT of supplies that many other properties have not; including tons of toilet paper, paper towel, dish tabs, etc. The house was a great fit for us.
