Delightful Pet-Friendly South Park Home!

Summary:
Unwind in tranquility at this centrally located haven. As you arrive, breathtaking eastern mountain views greet you. Nestled in the charming South Park neighborhood, you're steps away from delightful shops, cafes, and restaurants. The famed San Diego beaches beckon, just a short 15-20 minute drive away. Inside, a plush couch invites relaxation, stylish bedrooms promise comfort, and an outdoor sitting area basks in the California sunshine.

The Space:
3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home with large living room and a backyard area to enjoy the sunshine.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Common Area - Queen sized air mattress / couch

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and backyard area, just not the locked garage.

The Neighborhood:
South Park is a charming residential area with popular neighborhood restaurants that range from innovative vegan food to upmarket Italian eats. Tree-lined Fern and 30th streets, the main thoroughfares, are also home to indie boutiques and cafes, while nearby Grape Street Dog Park has views over the downtown skyline.

Getting Around:
South Park is a very walkable neighborhood but a car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

Other Things to Note:
For your safety, there is a ring doorbell camera and a camera for the backyard and driveway.
Two of the beds are a bit creaky and we're currently in the process of replacing them

Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow Vrbo's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
