Charming 2 Bedroom South Park Getaway w/ Patio!

Explore all the city has to offer from this stylish 2 Bedroom in the heart of South Park. Just a short walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, and boutique shops in San Diego. Centrally located- just a quick drive to North Park, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Little Italy and Petco Park. It is about 15 minutes to Mission Beach and Coronado Island!

There are 2 bedrooms in this home, each with a queen bed. There are large flatscreen TV's in each room, and wifi throughout the house!

There are three separate rental units on this property. This unit is in the front, and does not have any shared walls or spaces with the other units. You may see other people on the property going to and from their units, however!

No smoking or pets: Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the back patio. Pets are not allowed.

Additional contract will be sent after the reservation is confirmed.

Great location. Walkable to multiple restaurants and a market. Great biking to Balboa Park. Easy access to freeways and downtown. Well appointed home. We had everything we needed. And it all was very nice. Great decor. Sweet back patio. Steep driveway for loading, unloading, but we parked temporarily at top of driveway to unload.

This 2 bed/1bath was perfect for me, my husband and my aunt. Check in was very easy as there this a keyless entry. The house was very clean and nicely appointed.At times the overhead noise from landing planes is noticeable. However, that would not prevent us from staying here again.

It was clean, looked just like the pictures, and worked great for our little family. It was located near all the things we wanted to do in San Diego.

We had a fantastic stay at this location. Very clean and organized. It has everything you need to stay comfortably and make meals! Great communication with the management group. Highly recommend!

1930’s vintage home very similar to our first home, very comfortable well equipped. Close proximity to most everything. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice and central

Home was clean, cute, and close to lots of family friendly activities and within walking distance to several great restaurants. We enjoyed staying here with our toddler and infant.

Charming, homey, well-stocked

A lovely bungalow in the Best Neighborhood! The backyard patio was a fantastic bonus. Good restaurants nearby, and such a friendly vibe at the local pubs, bakeries and coffee shops!

Perfect Location

Place was set up perfect with a nice layout. We really never had to drive more than about 10 minutes to get anywhere. We loved the place and would definitely book again! Perfect spot for a San Diego visit!

Cute bungalow in central location

Very clean and well equipped house. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed and wanted to visit. Property management company was very responsive to any need.

Great stay

The place was cute and importantly super clean. Hosts were friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Multiple great restaurants are nearby within walking distance. One suggestion I have is if the host could leave a list of favourite restaurants and things to do nearby that would be very helpful. Our best recommendations for food came from our Uber drivers so the locals likely know the best places!

Fun in South Park

We loved this home. It was cozy and plenty of room for 2-4. Clean, organized, good communication with property managers, quiet neighborhood, and great location for our family's itinerary while in San Diego.

Great Place

Clean, well appointed, well maintained. Excellent neighborhood with restaurants, coffeehouses and gift shops. Grocery store and Target close by. Walking in the neighborhood and park relaxed and pretty.

Super awesome house

A beautiful home with a little quaint patio. Inside the home is just as beautiful and tasty appointed with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Close to hip restaurant and bars as well as super close to Balboa Park and easy drive to everything else San Diego has to offer.

Perfect vacation rental house

We had a pleasure staying in this adorable, stylish and absolutely comfortable house with the private patio for a few weeks and loved it a lot. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. Perfect home away from home

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was more than enough space for my family and the home was well equipped with daily essentials. The hosts were very accommodating and accessible, reaching out and returning messages promptly. Located in a lovely neighborhood, close to nearby attractions. Highly recommend 👌

Quaint house/location

My coworker and I stayed here while we attended a conference. The home was so cute and clean. It was unusually warm while we were there, but the air conditioner worked beautifully. We enjoyed the patio at night… so fun! We also enjoyed walking to dinner at night. There are so many great food choices nearby. I highly recommend this quaint house!!

A little bit of heaven in South Park

We had one month at the house & enjoyed every second. The house is well equipped & centrally located. It’s a 10 minute walk to the cafes in South Park & 10 mins to Harland .. a great cafe/ bar.Great sized kitchen, sitting room & bedrooms. There is a small grocery store no morenthan 5 minutes away.Down town San Diego is perhaps 10-15 mins away.Just great house, location & highly recommended!

Gem in South Park!

Charming stay in a lovely neighborhood! Rooms were bright and airy and clean and match the photos as provided. The kitchen and laundry were a must for our needs and were perfect for us. Bedrooms were cozy and beds comfortable. The patio was the haven! Morning and evenings with a book, meal or beverage on the patio was ideal. The sunset from the front porch can't be missed! Location lent itself to a homebase for exploring the region and also a great spot to head up to Fern St for local food spots. The market up the street was convenient and mini Target not far either. Really enjoyed this stay!
