Villa de Las Palmas is located in a prime beach neighborhood on the West side of Santa Cruz. Situated on a very large lot, with a private back yard, this 6 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for 2 or 3 families, or your long-overdue family reunion. Walking distance to all of the best Santa Cruz has to offer: Cowell's Beach, the Municipal Wharf, the Boardwalk, Steamer Lane, the surfing museum and downtown Santa Cruz.

This wonderful home was built in 1946 for one of the pioneer fishing families in Santa Cruz. It is truly the quintessential FAMILY home. All on one level, pecan hardwood floors throughout. The backyard is perfect for croquet or bocce ball. A soak in the large, private hot tub will provide a perfect end for your perfect day at the beach.

We have thought of and provided everything that you will need for a fun, relaxing and memorable vacation in Santa Cruz. You will not be disappointed!

This is the best location for your Santa Cruz beach vacation. You will want to come back again and again!

We take our guest's safety seriously. We have 3 outdoor security cameras that do not have a view into any private spaces. They are not monitored by us, unless there is an incident that requires us to look back through footage.

Great location within walking distance to pier, boardwalk and walking path along the ocean. Accommodates large family well, including big dining tables indoors and outdoors. Comfy outdoor couches too. Brand new mattresses on every bed! This is a very relaxing getaway!

We really like this one story property. This was the 4th time staying here. It is pricy but it has 6 rooms and for a big family this place works great. Pet friendly too.

Perfect place for a family vacation. My dog also loves it. He likes rolling in the grass. The family enjoys sitting outside on the comfortable lounge couches, using the barbecue & the hot tub.Walking distance to boardwalk, wharf, & beach. My family obviously loves it, as this is our 5th visit .

Great overall house. Close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Comfortably fit our family. Nice backyard that feels like an outdoor living space. Beds are comfortable Well stocked kitchen for cooking at homeLarge dining table that fits everyone for meals and games.Large main living area for family to lounge and be together.Such a fun week! Highly recommend!! We rent a house annually for about 20 years and this was our favorite house so far.Only negative is it would be nice to have a 3rd toilet.

Great location and 6 bedrooms for all to enjoy. Two bedrooms share the Jack and Jill bathroom and the remaining four bedrooms share the second bathroom. Host is great.

Santa Cruz GetAway

We had a great time in Santa Cruz. The house was perfect for our family with nice sized bedrooms, a large dining room for family meals, and a great sized family room for movie night. The kitchen was very well stocked which made family meals easy. Thanks for sharing your home.

Wonderful week in this gorgeous home away from home! A comfortable, spacious retreat for our family to stay while celebrating a college graduation. Convenient location, well-appointed spaces to relax and unwind, a great kitchen, and a beautiful backyard area complete with hot tub!Perfect for our group of five, and could easily have fit several more. Communication was easy and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of...it was hard to leave!

Clean, comfortable and functional

We had a wonderful time over Memorial Day weekend Santa Cruz retreat. It's a short walk to Steamer's Lane world class surf spot, the Boardwalk and downtown. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Great house in a great location

We had a family reunion in Santa Cruz with a wide range of ages from young children through to grand parents. The house was wonderful, spacious, well furnished with a lovely outdoor space. Just a short walk down to the beach. We all loved it and would recommend.

Fabulous large comfortable home

Great location for walks to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and walks on west cliff drive. We loved the big yard and patio with plenty of seating. We thought two baths would not do for 12 people but because they are large, it all worked out. Will definitely be back.

We are only the 2nd owners. As soon as we learned that it was for sale, we did what we had to do to make it ours! It is truly a piece of Santa Cruz history and we are happy to share it with you!
