Location is great and the house is super spacious with all the amenities. We were only there two nights, wish we could have stayed for three!

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location is excellent. Convenient to the beach, shopping, coffee, restaurants. Quick drive to the wharf and other parts of Santa Cruz. The furniture is a bit worn and the beds, while still comfortable, are getting to the point of needing to be replaced (you know the valleys that start to form). My nephew who was competing in the iron man was thrilled with and got a lot of use out of the hot tub. We had family from around the bay area come in to support and the layout was perfect to gather and visit after the race. The kitchen was nicely stocked with enough varieties of serving trays and items that we could easily put out a lovely spread. Lots of thought put into the amenities. It's a great place for young ones as well (even though we didn't have any) with a whole separate area for them to play, watch TV, and relax. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for hosting us.

Awesome house and location

This is our second time staying at this lovely home! It is spacious and clean and you can't beat the location! 1/2 block from the hook surf spot and 2 blocks from Pleasure Point!

Relaxing Getaway

The home was very clean with all the amenities we were looking for and a comfortable place to stay. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping…all within walking distance. Great communication with the property manager and always very helpful. Will definitely consider this place next time we visit.

Amazing house

Very beautiful house. Close to shops and dining. Very spacious. Family really enjoyed staying here. Only regret is we didn’t book more days.

Great Location

This is the second time our family has stayed here. We enjoy the walking distance to surf locations, restaurants, etc. It also has a nice sized hot tub, a large TV and is dog friendly. If an issue arises the owners are quick to respond. We plan on renting his home in Santa Cruz every time we visit!!

Great stay

Great place with plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfortable, space was clean with a stocked kitchen. The sun room was so nice to relax in with cute bean bags and a fun kids bookshelf full of games and books to read. Garage had bikes, beach chairs to use at the beach. Great location on pleasure point close to lots of restaurants, and close walk to the local surf spot. Would definitely come back!

Family Fun

Loved it. Perfect for kids and pets. Well maintained. Easy access to fun spots. Dinner, shops and the best ice cream a short walk one way. And East Cliff with the ocean, sea birds, surfers the other way. Kids had their own place to play in the house with great children’s books. Set up was great in the house, plenty of room. Great yard for the kids and dog to play. We loved it here.
