We had a wonderful time celebrating my mom’s birthday at the property. The house has gorgeous views of the ocean - especially at sunset. The beach is a short walk away. There was plenty of room for 11 of us. The vibe was relaxing & comfortable. If you have older guests, note that there are a several sets of stairs to ascend/descend.

hi Colin, thank you for your glowing review! I just want to clarify the comment about "several" staircases. As described, there is one staircase in the boardwalk to get to this house. The boardwalk follows the topography of the dune. Once inside the house, the main living floor is at the entry level and all the bedrooms are on the lower floor down one staircase with handrails.

Our family of six adults and two grandkids just spent time at this location. Not enough time! The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The kitchens were well stocked and every single room was beautifully decorated. The view and beach itself were spectacular. Beyond words! Everything we needed to know about the stay was thoroughly relayed and the hostess was VERY accommodating and helpful. Our group would highly recommend Best of Dunes.

If you’re searching for a perfect family vacation oasis, this is it. Every imaginable amenity for a relaxing beach stay and the Pacific Ocean as your front yard. Beautiful.

Perfect location and lodging layout. I Highly recommend it. Plenty of room for our group - 4 couples. (if you are smoker, choose another property - smoking is 50 yards from the house in a parking lot).

This is a huge beachfront house! The kitchens were stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of space for everyone. We had a wonderful time and looking forward to our next time!

Great Oceanside Stay with Private Beach Access

We had a wonderful time here, plenty of amenities and it was right on the water. Within 2 minute walk of private beach! Highly recommended!

Great family gathering home

With bedrooms for all, amazing view and steps to the beach…..perfect family gathering for 4 couples and a toddler. Lots of space to be quiet or engaged in pool, ping pong, cooking or beach hiking. Would come again!

Family Vacation

Very comfortable stay. We walked the gorgeous beach, surfed, and played pickleball! With activities and the spacious, comfortable home there is no need to leave Pajaro Dunes. Lovely.

Amazing location

We had an amazing family vacation. The mix of adults kids and grandkids all loved having breakfast lunch and dinner on the beautiful deck. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The double kitchens were great when cooking for a big group.

Family vacation on Monterey Bay

House was great. Gated community made it feel extra safe. Nice beach. House had great bedrooms for large group. Living area was large with plenty to do.

This home was very well stocked with the cookware we wanted. It was comfortable and spacious and the location was just what we had hoped for. All in all a fun holiday for us all

Mom's Birthday

Another peaceful and wonderful stay at the Best of Dunes. Everything was perfect and the House was exactly as advertised. Stacey's communication during our stay was helpful and on point. I highly recommend to anyone interested in staying.

A beautiful, spacious home, fully equipped with activities for all ages and spectacular views over the Pacific. Management communication was great. Despite intermittent rain, it was a nice compcompination of hiking, museum and relaxing..

Beautiful view, great house

We've stayed at Pajaro Dunes for 25 years and never had a view this fantastic. The gathering spaces are wonderful--place to read, stare at the ocean, watch a game or movie on TV, play billiards or ping pong. It's great!

Fantastic Family Getaway

This location was above and beyond our expectations! The house is amazing and has space and activities for all ages. We loved whale and dolphin watching from the deck, playing pool in the living room, boogie boarding in the ocean, cooking fine meals in the 2 kitchens, long walks on the beach, and watching several movies of the 900 in the playroom! We all truly had a fantastic time!
