We really enjoyed the unit. The owners were super helpful, very communicative. The place was was exactly as we expected, very clean and very well equipped. It has a great location and a great view.

Kudos to Derek, owner and Alex of the Santa Cruz Villa management team for their warm hospitality and patience! We greatly appreciate the team’s quick response to our requests for assistance. We hosted a family reunion for our very large family for 7 days. From the two fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms and baths, secure parking to the awesome rooftop kitchen and patio with a great view, the Villa was perfect for our family. It’s also a perfect location to Cowell’s Beach, Santa Cruz Pier and Boardwalk. The Santa Cruz Villa deserves a 10 rating.

Amazing stay!

From start to finish, the booking, check-in, and check-out process was simple and easy. The property was amazing and perfectly suited for a group of long-term friends to spend time together to celebrate their good friends getting married.

Property is wonderful. Great location with nice views.

We rented the property to house a few families over the weekend. The space is great for groups and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk area.

Great location, great vacation

Our family of 11 people celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. It was nice for each couple to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a blast.

Our whole family enjoyed 3 fabulous days celebrating our early Thanksgiving. Second time renting this property and my whole family wants me to buy the place, that’s how much 5hey enjoyed their time together.Looking yo do it again next year. Alex was tremendous with and for us.

Great place for corporate retreat/work project

plenty of space so comfortable for work retreats and projects. The house was super well stocked and so comfortable to cook in and hang out at the end of a long work day. We got a little playing in as well. Would recommend to anyone coming to work or play in Santa Cruz.

Excellent family vacation!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful house! It's so close to everything and we absolutely love the rooftop. We love it here and are so grateful it can accommodate our large family. Hope to do it again in two years.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 6 young children. We especially loved the proximity to the beach, pier and boardwalk. Derek, Sarah and Alex were extremely responsive to our questions. Can't wait to go back.

Great family vacation

We loved this VRBO. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out, loved the roof top for cocktail hour and so much to do in the area! The owners are very responsive and easy to contact. Definitely would recommend.

An amazing property! Beautiful setting, beautiful and comfortable furniture and beds. Perfect Santa Cruz location! Property owner and managers very accomodating and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely be back!

Do yourself a favor and stay here. If you are looking for a secluded place steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants, stay here. If you want a host who truly cares about your trip, a space that can accommodate both small and large groups, and an environment that is quiet and extremely clean, this is the place for you. Additionally, all of the beds were very comfortable. Btw the property is more comfortable and relaxing than it appears in the listing as well as the view form the rooftop. I could not recommend this stay strongly enough.

Moms 80th birthday celebration

This home was perfect for a family gathering. Clean, beautiful, and plenty of room. It was close to the wharf, boardwalk, and beach. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Old guys weekend

Fifteen of us shared the house and it was great. Everyone had a bed, the location was perfect and the house layout was very comfortable. We will keep it in mind for our next gathering!

Looks exactly like the photos!

The house is massive! Plenty of space for everyone in our group. The location can't be beat. Quick walk to the beach, pier and boardwalk. Lots of places to eat nearby and a newly opened boba shop next door! The kitchens are well stocked with everything you need.

Love this property!

This was a beautiful property located one block of the beach! We had my moms 80th birthday with 20 families members ranging in age from 1-82. Centrally located to the beach, boardwalk, pier and restaurants. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and owner. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Awesome!

What a perfect time we had at this beautiful property - 17 in all enjoyed Santa Cruz Villas! So much so we all plan to return. All of the rooms were spacious, clean to perfection, and the kitchen was stocked so well. The access to the wharf, beach and boardwalk was perfect - easy walking distance. We are exited to return and enjoy this beautiful property again..
