Multiple master suites w/ 4 king beds, 3 queens & 4 bunks (8 twin beds). Come relax and enjoy.

Finest finishes with old world travertine flooring throughout, granite counters, soaking tubs, rain showers and much more! 4 car garage with outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand when you return from the beach. Home elevator for guest with accessible needs.

Your group can walk to just about everything, or just sit back and enjoy in this spectacular retreat. Located directly across the street from the beautiful Santa Cruz Wharf, famous Cowells Beach, and the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Visitor`s Center. Walk to the world famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk, where you can enjoy mini-golf, rollercoasters, bowling, an arcade and more. Take the summertime trolley offering service to downtown Santa Cruz with a stop outside your front door. Walk to the lighthouse museum at Lighthouse Field or hop on the old fashion locomotive train to Roaring Camp Redwoods. Enjoy 30+ restaurants and shops, rent surfboards, watch the whales and dolphins.

In addition to the cancellation policy- All Payments are Refundable less the direct costs charged for the cancellation by the credit card processing company of up to 4% until 60 days before reservation, then they become nonrefundable.

Kudos to Derek, owner and Alex of the Santa Cruz Villa management team for their warm hospitality and patience! We greatly appreciate the team’s quick response to our requests for assistance. We hosted a family reunion for our very large family for 7 days. From the two fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms and baths, secure parking to the awesome rooftop kitchen and patio with a great view, the Villa was perfect for our family. It’s also a perfect location to Cowell’s Beach, Santa Cruz Pier and Boardwalk. The Santa Cruz Villa deserves a 10 rating.

Great location, great vacation

Our family of 11 people celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. It was nice for each couple to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a blast.

Great place for corporate retreat/work project

plenty of space so comfortable for work retreats and projects. The house was super well stocked and so comfortable to cook in and hang out at the end of a long work day. We got a little playing in as well. Would recommend to anyone coming to work or play in Santa Cruz.

Do yourself a favor and stay here. If you are looking for a secluded place steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants, stay here. If you want a host who truly cares about your trip, a space that can accommodate both small and large groups, and an environment that is quiet and extremely clean, this is the place for you. Additionally, all of the beds were very comfortable. Btw the property is more comfortable and relaxing than it appears in the listing as well as the view form the rooftop. I could not recommend this stay strongly enough.

Looks exactly like the photos!

The house is massive! Plenty of space for everyone in our group. The location can't be beat. Quick walk to the beach, pier and boardwalk. Lots of places to eat nearby and a newly opened boba shop next door! The kitchens are well stocked with everything you need.

Love this property!

This was a beautiful property located one block of the beach! We had my moms 80th birthday with 20 families members ranging in age from 1-82. Centrally located to the beach, boardwalk, pier and restaurants. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and owner. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Multistory House by the Boardwalk

We had a large retreat and really enjoyed both the communal spaces, like the balconies and decks, and the apartments being in the same building. It made our over trip logistics much simpler and the walkable location made it easy for the group to have different activities to participate in nearby. Awesome!

What a perfect time we had at this beautiful property - 17 in all enjoyed Santa Cruz Villas! So much so we all plan to return. All of the rooms were spacious, clean to perfection, and the kitchen was stocked so well. The access to the wharf, beach and boardwalk was perfect - easy walking distance. We are exited to return and enjoy this beautiful property again..

We designed this property and built it from the ground up in our favorite spot in Santa Cruz. Construction completed in October 2014. We used the finest building materials, and borrowed ideas on amenities from resorts we have visited around the world. There really isn't a better location to experience all the fun of Santa Cruz. The location puts in you a spot where you never have to get in your car to enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer. You could stay a month and not hit every restaurant in walking distance.

Enjoy your favorite drink from the bar in the kitchen, while watching the waves break on Cowells Beach. Dozen of restaurants are just outside your door, or if you like to cook, the Viking Range is professional quality. If you are travelling with Friends, you'll enjoy having two master suites, each with a kind size bed. We designed this property for our own enjoyment, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
