Multiple master suites w/ 4 king beds, 3 queens & 4 bunks (8 twin beds). Come relax and enjoy.
Finest finishes with old world travertine flooring throughout, granite counters, soaking tubs, rain showers and much more! 4 car garage with outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand when you return from the beach. Home elevator for guest with accessible needs.
Your group can walk to just about everything, or just sit back and enjoy in this spectacular retreat. Located directly across the street from the beautiful Santa Cruz Wharf, famous Cowells Beach, and the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Visitor's Center. Walk to the world famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk, where you can enjoy mini-golf, rollercoasters, bowling, an arcade and more. Take the summertime trolley offering service to downtown Santa Cruz with a stop outside your front door. Walk to the lighthouse museum at Lighthouse Field or hop on the old fashion locomotive train to Roaring Camp Redwoods. Enjoy 30+ restaurants and shops, rent surfboards, watch the whales and dolphins.

City ordinance requires quiet hours in exterior spaces after 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings. No music or noise on exterior decks after 10pm please. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years. Owner will send separate contract for guest's signature.
In addition to the cancellation policy- All Payments are Refundable less the direct costs charged for the cancellation by the credit card processing company of up to 4% until 60 days before reservation, then they become nonrefundable.

We designed this property and built it from the ground up in our favorite spot in Santa Cruz. Construction completed in October 2014. We used the finest building materials, and borrowed ideas on amenities from resorts we have visited around the world. There really isn't a better location to experience all the fun of Santa Cruz. The location puts in you a spot where you never have to get in your car to enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer. You could stay a month and not hit every restaurant in walking distance.

From the moment you drive up, you'll notice the arched toped hand hewn wooden doors, and when you step into your unit, you will find old world hand chiseled travertine stone floors through out. Enjoy your favorite drink from the bar in the kitchen, while watching the waves break on Cowells Beach. Dozen of restaurants are just outside your door, or if you like to cook, the Viking Range is professional quality. If you are travelling with Friends, you'll enjoy having two master suites, each with a kind size bed. We designed this property for our own enjoyment, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
