The spa temperature is fully adjustable because every guest has different preferences—some enjoy it hotter, while others prefer it closer to bath temperature. We would have been happy to help you lower the temperature and troubleshoot the jet pressure if needed. Regarding the exterior master bedroom window, the second-story windows cannot be safely accessed by our cleaning team and require a professional window cleaning service. We'll make sure that window is included in our next scheduled exterior cleaning. Thank you again for your feedback.
