PERFECT LOCATION. Small detour of S. Kihei RD doesn't lessen how spectacular this spot is. Legit 40 steps from the door of rental to the ocean water of Kam II beach. Views from both lanai are great, it's very spacious too.

Place was amazing! Fell asleep to the waves right outside! Definitely can’t wait to come back and stay here again. So conveniently close to everything, beach right across the street, food close by. Working with Lynette was the easiest I’ve ever had. She kept me updated with anything she thought I needed to know. 5stars!!!

Great location for this beautiful family friendly condo right across from the Kam II beach. Full kitchen nicely stocked with all the essentials. The condo was clean and well kept.Host Lynette was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.Thanks for sharing this property!

Location is great, right across from the beach which is patrolled and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The townhouse was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable with plenty of room for a family of 4 to relax without feeling crowded. Parking at the front door.Check-in was seamless, with everything straightforward from start to finish with Lynette, clear communication prior, during and post stay.We had a fantastic stay!

Lynette is an awesome host who responds quickly to any questions! The unit description is spot on—you really are just steps from the beach, and having beach chairs and an umbrella provided was a huge plus. The kitchen is truly FULLY stocked with high-quality cookware, making it easy to cook meals. The master mattress is very comfortable, and we loved the dual outdoor spaces: the patio for privacy and the 2nd-floor lanai for stunning sunsets. The onsite office staff were also very helpful with local tips. Plus, the location is unbeatable—walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Although the street in front of unit had collapsed due to the Kona Low storms, it in no way impacted our visit. We can't wait to stay in this townhouse again!

This is an amazing place with an amazing location and views. One of the nicest beaches in Kihei is directly across the street; the master bedroom patio overlooks the beach. The condo is spacious with any and all amenities needed. The decor is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and there are bathrooms on both levels. The bedrooms are on the second floor away from the main living area, so didn’t have to be super quiet in the kitchen or living room when the kids were sleeping. Anything needed is within walking distance of the condo - food, shopping, entertainment, beach…you name it is in the immediate area. Lynette was very easy to work with and the communication was great. The air conditioning was out during our stay, but Lynnette was straight forward about the issue and offered a generous discount or the opportunity to find alternative options to stay with a full refund. She was extremely easy to work with allowing us to check out in the afternoon and stay an extra night due to flights being cancelled and moved to the next evening because of Hurricane Lala. The only downside is the street out front is busy and can be loud at night, but it quieted down between 10 and 11pm.

Excellent, well stocked property. Lynette was super communicative throughout our stay and kept us informed and up to date on need to know information. We watched the sun set each night from the upper lanai and let the ocean waves lull us to sleep. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler were all at the property ready for us to use. We would stay again, without question.

Outstanding experience! Highly recommend this property and would enjoy the opportunity to stay at Lynette's property again. Excellent view of the ocean and the AC was amazing throughout the property.
