FREE BEACH SERVICE in season. We have already paid for your use of two beach chairs and an umbrella from the beach service. This saves you well over $200 for a week's use. You can rent more if you like.

CLOSE TO PIER PARK. The Tidewater Resort is 0.5 miles from Pier Park, PCB's most popular shopping and eating destination with well over 100 shops, restaurant, IMAX theatre and more. It is an easy walk for most people. Located on PCB's family oriented west end, the Tidewater Resort is arguably PCB's most luxurious condo resort. It is a true resort with it's own movie theatre (showing free movies on Wednesday and Saturday nights in season), a HUGE oceanfront exercise/fitness area (that includes treadmills, exercise machines, free weights, Roman spa and even women's and men's separate sauna and steam rooms), Starbucks and ice cream shop on site, inside oceanside cafe, east pool side Tiki Bar that serves food in addition to beverages, two large outdoor swimming pools, and one indoor pool.

Our unit, located on the 13th floor, is one of the highly sought after east end corner units with virtually all glass breathtaking views in the living area. In shopping for a condo, we literally searched all over Florida and Alabama. This unit has the most incredible views of any we have seen.

TWO MASTER SUITES, each with ocean views and king sized beds. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed. And there is a bunk area nestled in its own private area just off the queen sized bedroom's bathroom. The bunk has two twin bunks, plus another trundle bed pullout. Also in the unit are two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. So there is plenty of room for everyone!

Cable and FREE WIFI are included. ROKU Guest Mode TVs make it easy to use your own accounts (Youtube TV, Hulu, etc.). They will automatically sign out when you check out.

Tidewater Resort charges a one time pre-registration fee of $60 plus tax. A link will be provided to you when I send you the door codes and other check in information. The registration fee covers your entire party (not per person). PARKING: Up to three vehicles in the resort's parking deck. Maximum height is 7'2".

Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. The view is one in a million, sunrise and sunsets breath taking. the wrap around balcony was wonderful. We loved our time there, just not long enough!!

Room was immaculate. Amazing panoramic views of the beach. Great pool and hot tub. Arcade was small, but kids really enjoyed it. The fitness center had everything you would need and more. The owner gave great instructions on everything you would need for the stay. The owner is pretty clear about this, but as a warning, around checkout time 0900-1000, the elevators are difficult to get on because of all the traffic. One happened to be out during our stay and one hadn’t been upgraded yet. This was not enough of an issue to drop the score and didn’t beat out all the great things the property had to offer

The condo worked wonderfully well for our family. It was fully equipped with dishes, clean towels and beach toys! Tidewater is a fantastic place to stay with a 3 pools, a great workout gym, and a theater!

Our stay was exactly as described—and even better in person. The condo was beautiful, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and our family had an incredible experience.Before booking, I read the reviews thoroughly, so I was aware of the comments about the elevators. That ended up being the only minor inconvenience we experienced, but we expected it going in, so it didn’t bother us at all. Honestly, it’s hard to find a beachfront property that doesn’t have elevator wait times during peak season!The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and excellent with communication throughout our stay.Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay, and we would 110% book it again in a heartbeat!Thank you!

The view from the balcony is amazing! You can see the sunrise and sunset from there. Super clean and lots of beach and cooking stuff. Great location! Short walk or drive to grocery, restaurants and Pier Park. Beach was not overcrowded even during spring break. We did not utilize the pools but they were large , clean and lots of chairs. Beach service was very helpful and friendly. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is exactly what they say its gonna be! The view from the room was amazing! All the kids got to see dolphins, sting rays, and more wild life!! Extremely clean too!

Beautiful Condo with A View

This is a corner condo with a wrap around deck and lots of glass windows so that you can see the ocean from all views! Easy access to the Beach and owner was very responsive! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach get a way !

We had a wonderful stay! Brent emailed the check in information and tips and tricks ahead of time and it was so beneficial. He messaged day of to even let us know the room would be ready ahead of schedule. The property was cleaned and looked identical to the photos (my brother in law commented on this a lot.) We would absolutely come back! I cannot recommend enough!

Anniversary trip

The condo was perfect. Well equipped. We brought our kids and grandkids to help us celebrate our 30th anniversary. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We enjoyed all the extras the condo had to offer. The beach chairs we a plus.

Brent and Angela Craig are the owners of Tidewater 1317. We live in Hartselle, Alabama, which is one hour north of Birmingham. Brent is a state government official. Angela works in the central office in the local city school system.

We have two adult daughters.

Through the internet we literally looked all over Florida. We also made a trip to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, Alabama. Tidewater 1317 blew us away with the view and the impressive resort amenities.

The near all glass wrap around views in the living room was what made us realize this was the condo for us.
