Cozy get away

This property is great for one or two people. It has a nice outdoor area. The manager was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Size

Cute, almost beach cottage-ish, unit. Great location-access to freeway and downtown Roseville. Quiet. All the amenities needed for a stay. I will definitely stay here again when coming into town.

A lot of finishing touches need to be completed, as well as updating of furniture and linens.

Nice studio, good location in Roseville

Enjoyed our stay in this nice unit in Roseville. The online listing didn't show many pictures of the bedroom - recommend some be added, the room is great. Didn't really get check-in instructions until I pulled up to the unit and called the owner...would have preferred an email or text sooner. Thanks.

Unsatisfied

Overall the property was a cute homey stay, but we would not recommend to friends to stay in the future. I'm sad to write that we had several issues with the host. Check in time was at 4pm and when we arrived at 6pm, we still did not have any check-in information and when contacting the host, the property was not ready or clean for us, nor did she have record of us even booking a stay with her. Although she did have it cleaned within and hour, we did have to change our whole evening around due to this. The outlets in the bathroom and half the ones in the kitchen did not work, so we were not able to get ready for our activities as needed. The host seemed to blame us for the issues we encountered instead of taking responsibility and trying to make things right, and was also extremely rude and passive toward us in her responses.

Interesting review considering I PAID YOU CASH FOR YOUR DELAY! More then a dollar a minute. I am not perfect but tried to make up for the error by paying you for a 38 min delay. Wow then you write a bad review? You reached out to me at 6pm for instruction to check in and the site states to contact me directly for the door lock code. This code is changed with each guest for safety and only issued directly to the guest this I figured was a good thing? I explained the confusion issue was there is no Saturday check outs. So the site some how allowed this check in Thursday for 2 days it was logged for Friday check in, out on Sunday. I am sorry for the error but I tried to make up for it. The plugs came back as soon as you informed me but you did not communicate until the following day. I can not control if the breaker flips. It is a simple fix and does not warrant a 1 star. All you needed to do is ask and back on! I tried to make you happy but nothing I did worked. It is too bad because the damage you left to the sheets and towels left me replacing them so in the end you costed me more then you paid and now I am left with this 1 star review! So wrong
