House was exactly as listed. Very comfortable and great location. I do think the kitchen needs to be restocked. The current pots and pans have been heavily used.

House as advertised with everything I have needed for an extended stay. Close proximity to anything you need gas, groceries, restaurants, stores. Would definitely stay again.

Updated 2bd condo close to the University of South Carolina. Kitchen was fully stocked with thoughtful amenities like bottled water and coffee. Great setup for 4 people!

We flew in for graduation @ Ft. Jackson and this was a perfect location! Located approximately 10 minutes from the base and 10 min from cute little downtown area - Devine St/Greene St/Five Points - with lots of shops, restaurants, & areas to walk around. Host communicated well & the property was as described in quiet area off of the main roads with easy access to everything

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location made it easy to explore and relax, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable getaway!

We stayed here during the week of my daughter’s graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. It was only about 7 minutes from base, which was awesome! The home was fairly clean but could definitely use a deep cleaning. Our only complaint was that there were so many scented plug ins that the smell was super overwhelming and gave us all headaches. I unplugged them all during our stay and I had a small travel fan that I used to try to air it out. But it was very strong even after that. The only other thing is that it was a bit hard to find because our gps navigation took us to a different location. We just drove around for a while and eventually found it. The home is nice and quaint and in a decent neighborhood. The owner was awesome about communicating! The two bedrooms are upstairs so if you have difficulty climbing stairs this wouldn’t be a good place for you. We liked that each bedroom had a private full bathroom. And there is a quarter bath on the main floor. It was also located very close to plenty of stores and restaurants and Columbia Airport was about 20 minutes away. I think if a few minor changes were made it would have been perfect. It was fine for what we needed it for!

Beautiful property!

I have stayed in several locations in Columbia and this by far was the best! Location is very convenient and the property was extremely clean! Will stay here again if available!

Second time we stayed at this property. It's a great location close to the football stadium and campus. The home is very clean and comfortable. The owner stocks the fridge with water which was much appreciated. The owner also communicates well and timely.

Clean and welcoming

Great location for Gamecock Football. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but never felt unsafe. Would stay here again.

Army Graduation

This was our first stay at a VRBO and it was a wonderful experience. Our unit was clean and completely adequate for our needs. The host was available anytime I had questions. Great stay.

Wonderful property.

The town home is beautiful. It was welcoming from the time you opened the door. Attention was paid to every last detail, like you were getting your home ready for your own family! One of the best properties I have stayed at!

Nice and clean location and can’t thank owner enough for his help with parking at check-in……. Had a wide load- ha! We enjoyed our stay and would return to this property. It was quiet and convenient.

Fell short

Location- back road - sketchy neighborhood did not feel safe during the night- complex was safe. Carpet was dirty. Pricing did not match- explained to me as a VRBO platform issue- called to owner attention and credited $94. Lastly, booked this property because a hot tub was listed in amenities - walked the masters on two new knees and really needed a soaking of the old bones! Disappointed!!

Juan version of what happen is a twisted hot lie...Prior to stay he complained about the price so I reduced it for him, but I later realized the price he was first booked for was correct...a week later after he stayed at my unit, he messaged me out the blue about unit not having a hot tub, and having 2 new knees, and walking around Augusta all day...I replied it doesn't have a hot tub...He said listing show it in amenities and I thanked him for letting me know and it would be removed, which it was at the time he mentioned it...I had the feeling that he was trying to once again get some portion of a refund...At no time during his stay did he once mention anything while staying at unit review...During his fishing expedition, it's unfortunate that Mr. Juan Espejo chose my unit to grind his axe, but I realize not everyone will be satisfied about many things regardless what you offer...My units are super clean with plenty of amenities 99% of my reviews will reflect this.

Too noisy

Two nights were ok. The other two we had to deal with lots of noise. Drunk people. Car alarms going off. Loud enough that we were woken up several times. Not the properties fault but we booked here because we didn’t want to stay at a fraternity house. That’s what two of our nights were like unfortunately. Told the property owner. No apology. Just said they would check with neighbors. Oh well

Unfortunately, I wasn't able find anyone in neighboring community to support what Laura was asserting. It appears that during her stay there was one issue after another, once again unfortunate. This area is one of the quietest areas in Columbia and all of the previous 62 reviews support that fact. This may have been a one-time event, but this was just one of many issues' Laura had which didn't have anything to do with the unit itself. I have taken off some portions of payment in the past for a guest as an inconvenience fee because the water was left off by water company maintenance worker and it was quickly rectified. I didn't feel it was necessary in this case because it appeared to me as it was what guest was expecting.
